Branch Heads: You are below 40 years of age, with an envious track record which includes 8 to 12 years of Retail banking experience. Should be sales driven and have the ability to manage small to medium-sized branch along-with sound business development skills.

Manager / Deputy Manager Operations:  You are a team player, around 30-35 years of age with 6 to 12 years of operational experience in branch banking.

Assistant Manager-Credit: You are around 28 years of age with 4 to 7 years of banking experience in retail credit appraisals and disbursement in a branch.

Assistant / Junior Manager Operations: You are around 25 years of age with 2 to 5 years of relevant banking experience in a branch.

Candidates for positions 1-3 should be an MBA in Finance / Marketing or a Chartered Accountant from a recognized university. All the above positions require excellent communication and customer relation management skills. Familiarity with core banking software and MS office is pre-requisite. You should be willing to relocate to any of our branch network in the country.
