How to activate

  • Existing users of Indus Direct Web: Please submit a request letter in the attached format executed on the company's letter head duly signed by authorized signatories to your Implementation Manager. A one-time registration from Indus Direct Web is required for activation. Our team will get in touch with you for activation of the service.

What is IndusDirect Mobile App and why do I need to apply for it?

IndusDirect mobile application facilitates you to do multiple corporate banking transactions on your phone. It allows you to bank anywhere, anytime. You can access your account balances, initiate and authorize transactions, and raise enquiries for the past transactions. Transactions can be authorized on the go, even if user is not in office or is travelling.

Who all are eligible for IndusDirect Mobile App services?

All IndusInd Bank Corporate / Business customers are eligible for this service.

Are there any charges for this facility?

IndusInd bank offers its corporate Mobile App facility at zero cost, to all its corporate / business customers.

How do I apply for IndusDirect Mobile App services?
  • Existing users of Indus Direct Web: A request letter is to be submitted for accessing the Mobile App, with your Implementation Manager. One time registration from Indus Direct Web is required for activation. Our team will get in touch with you for activation of the service.
  • Non users of Indus Direct Web: You are required to submit the standard documents for activation of Indus Direct Web services and select Mobile App as one of the Channels. Kindly contact your Implementation Manager for further support.
On what platforms is the Mobile App supported?

This functionality is available on both Android and IOS.

What all handsets are compatible with the Mobile App?

IndusDirect Mobile App is compatible for any smartphone functioning on Android and IOS platform.

My Mobile number is not registered with the bank. Can I use the Mobile App?

No. you can use the Mobile App only if your Mobile number is registered on Indus Direct Web and your company’s Mode of Operation permits you to use the Mobile App.

Can I register for the Mobile App service on more than one mobile number?

No, only a single mobile number per User ID can be registered at a time.

What should I do if I change my Mobile number?

You can update your Mobile number with IndusInd Bank and then re-register for the service.

How secure is the Mobile App?

To ensure security of account information and transactions, a number of security features have been built.

  • Secure Login: Indus Direct Mobile App can be accessed by users who are registered on Indus Direct Web, since the OTP will be generated on the front end screen and the SMS will be received on a registered mobile number.
  • Data Encryption: The account and transactional information is not stored on the Mobile devices, and the data transfer is fully encrypted by using strong encryption standards.
  • Authentication: At the time of transaction initiation, the Mobile App will prompt you enter the transaction password and OTP, without which the payment will not be processed.
Does the Mobile App store any account information on the Mobile device?

No, it does not.

How current is the a/c information displayed on Mobile App?

As the Mobile App is directly synced with our servers, it will display the latest updated information as available on the Web.

Till what period can I view the account statement on the Mobile App?

You can view last 10 transactional activities (Mini Statement) for your account on the Mobile App.

I have multiple accounts activated on Indus Direct Web, will the Mobile App let me use all accounts?

Accounts that are mapped to the customer on Indus Direct Web will be available for mapping on Mobile App. Users have the discretion to select / unselect the accounts they want to map on Mobile App from their Indus Direct Web login.

What are the timings and limits applicable for executing transactions on the Mobile App?

Limits and Timings applicable for Indus Direct Web apply for Mobile App as well.

Can I register / modify beneficiaries through the Mobile App?

No. At present, the beneficiary library on the existing setup on Indus Direct Web is available over Mobile App. Beneficiaries from the library can be selected for receiving payments. No new beneficiaries can be added through the Mobile App or Adhoc payments made to non-registered beneficiaries.

If I want to change the preferred mode of payment for a particular beneficiary, how to do it?

No beneficiary level modification or addition can be done through the Mobile App.

What should I do if I forget my MPIN?

MPIN can be re-set by logging into your Indus Direct Web, & going to ‘Forgot m-Pin’ tab under Mobile App Registration.

I have lost my handset. What do I do now?
Just login to Indus Direct Web immediately and reset your M-Pin by clicking on ‘Forgot m-Pin’ tab under Mobile App Registration.

I have forgotten my transaction password. What do I do now?

You will be required to follow the same process as in case of ‘Forgot Transaction password’ in case of Web portal usage.
What should I do if I have more queries regarding this facility?

You can contact your Implementation Manager or Customer Service Desk to resolve all your queries / doubts with regards to Corporate Mobile Banking Application.
