Major Terms & Conditions:

  • All covers are valid on cards only when customer has done 1 POS/Ecommerce/ATM transactions in the last 60 days  from the date of loss event happening
  • For Air Accident, Ticket should have been bought from the respective card only
  • Purchase Card protection:
    • Cover against Standard Fire and Allied perils and Burglary in residential premises only
    • Cover valid for purchases on respective  IndusInd Bank Debit Card only
    • Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase
  • All documents to be submitted within 30 days from the date of intimation to ICICI Lombard by the bank

How to claim Insurance:

  • In case of any claim, the claimant should inform IndusInd Bank  to visit the nearest branch ,within 7   days from the date of loss or damage
  • The claim to be intimated by IBL to ICICI Lombard within 7 working days from the date the bank is informed about the loss
  • IndusInd bank branch team to inform the claimant  about the documents required for processing the claim
  • The claimant should  submit the required  documents to ICICI LOMBARD through IndusInd Bank Branch
  • The admissibility of any claim will depend on the Terms & Condition of the policy, after positive review of the documents and investigation report submitted by the claimant. If applicable.
  • On admissibility, ICICI LOMBARD will make the payment to the beneficiary. The payment shall be made within 30 working days of receipt  of all complete documents, in case an investigation is not required and the document provided are not having any query/ambiguity
