The organization structure within FIPS is divided into two principal groups:

1. Public Sector Group:  manages PSUs, Government Relationships and caters to the banking needs of all PSUs, for Central, State and Government Bodies (excluding Finance companies in the Private Sector).
   
2. Financial Institutions Group: manages correspondent banking relationships with co-operative Banks, domestic commercial banks and international banks. Co-operative Banks in particular, are encouraged to leverage IndusInd bank’s branch network, technology and product capabilities.
