As per the Master circular ‘RBI/ 2009-10/73; DBOD. AML. BC. No. 2/14
.01.001/2009-10’ dated July 1, 2009 issued by Reserve Bank of India
(RBI) on KYC norms (Know Your Customer), it is mandatory for all banks
to periodically update customer identification documents for accounts
held by them.
In this regard, customers of IndusInd Bank Ltd. are hereby requested to
visit the nearest IndusInd Bank branch to know the status of their
account and the documents required to be submitted.
Customers who are due for resubmission of KYC documents are required to submit the documents mentioned below.
The following documents are accepted as identity and address proofs for customers.

on comprehensive list of proofs which can be submitted, kindly contact
the nearest IndusInd Bank branch or our Phone Banking team or write to

The required documents and photograph along with the declaration form (which can be downloaded from the link below) should be submitted for uninterrupted operation of the account.
Note: In case of joint accounts or accounts with multiple signatories, the declaration has to be filled and submitted for each individual holder.
