  • This offer is valid only for IndusInd Visa Debit cardholders
  • This offer is valid only on selected products listed on http://futurebazaar.com/alliances/visa
  • Offer valid till stocks last
  • This offer will be valid till 14th June 2012.
  • The offer/scheme can be availed using your IndusInd Visa Debit Card.
  • IndusInd Bank cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Visa- Future Bazaar.com Offer. Any participation by any Cardholder shall be voluntary and all the offers arranged for or procured by Visa are purely on a best effort basis. Customers can also make transactions at futurebazaar.com without participating in the Offer.
  • IndusInd Bank and Visa shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of goods and services provided in relation to or under the Offer, nor is IndusInd Bank and Visa liable for any deficiency in the products or inadequacies of the services obtained by any cardholders from any of the Offer outlets.
  • It is not obligatory for IndusInd Bank cardholders in any manner to exercise the Visa - Futuregroup offer.  The cardholders may at their  freewill , voluntarily exercise the same and all the offers arranged for or procured by Visa are purely on a best effort basis. Customers can also make transactions at Big Bazaar and Food Bazaar without participating in the Offer.
  • Any dispute in this regard shall be directly taken up with Future Bazaar.com.
  • Any customer who utilizes, participates in, or attempts to utilize or participate in the Visa- Future Bazaar.com Offer, irrevocably agrees* to the following:
  • Usage of the services or purchase of any goods at any of the participating outlets is at the customer’s own risk;
  • Visa and IndusInd Bank shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of goods and services provided by any of the participating outlets;  
  • Visa and IndusInd Bank will not be liable for any reason whatsoever for any claim for loss, damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use (or attempted use) of any of the services or purchase of any goods at any of the participating outlets; and accordingly, the customer will not make any claim against Visa nor IndusInd Bank for the foregoing
  • Visa and IndusInd Bank makes no guarantee or warranty that any of the benefits or privileges under the Visa- Future Bazaar.com Offer will be fulfilled.  Accordingly, customers shall not make any claim or seek compensation against Visa in relation to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to non fulfillment of any benefits or privileges under the Visa- Future Bazaar.com Offer for any reason whatsoever.  

*For the avoidance of doubt, the agreement by the customer is for reinforcement purposes only and does not in any way imply that Visa would otherwise be liable in the absence of such agreement

  • IndusInd Bank and Visa shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the offer.
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers. The benefits offered in the Titan Offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise.
  • IndusInd Bank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The IndusInd Bank customers that have participated and /or availed of this offer irrevocably agree that any dispute, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent of similar jurisdiction and such disputes shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and its amendments from time to time.
