Registration

Indus Mobile Registration

You can follow any of the below mentioned options to register yourself for the IndusMobile service.

Register through App
Just download the app and register via

  • IndusNet Login and Password
    Customers registered for IndusNet, can directly use their Net Banking User ID and login password to get themselves authenticated for registering for Mobile Banking. Further, customers can retain their Net Banking User ID as their Mobile Banking User ID as well.
  • Using IndusInd Bank Debit Card (Card No., Pin, Expiry, CVV, DOB / PAN)
    Customers holding IndusInd debit card will be able to register for Mobile banking by authenticating their Debit Card credentials.
  • Using IndusInd Bank Credit Card (Card No., Expiry, CVV, DOB)
    Customers holding IndusInd credit card will be able to register for Mobile banking by authenticating their credit Card credentials.

Register through ATM

  • Visit our ATM and use the IndusMobile option to register and we will send you your User ID and Password in 2 working days.

Register through Branches

  • Visit our branch and place a service request for Mobile Banking registration and we will send you your User ID and Password in 2 working days.

Register through Contact Center

  • Call us and place a request for Mobile Banking registration and we will send you your.

Please Remember: To register for IndusMobile please ensure that your mobile number is updated with IndusInd Bank.

How to Use

Using Indus Net
  • Login to IndusInd Bank Online Banking application(IndusNet)
  • Click on Funds Transfer
  • Click on IMPS Fund Transfer
  • Click on radio button Fund transfer to Account Number
  • Enter Beneficiary Account number, Account type, IFSC Code and Amount
  • Authenticate using transaction password or OTP
  • Your transaction will get complete and you will receive a success message
  • You will also receive an SMS informing you about the relevant status.
Using Indus Mobile
  • Login to IndusMobile
  • Press Brand icon (Zebu Bull icon) on the app and move to Payments Tab
  • Select Funds Transfer
  • Select type as beneficiary transfer
  • Select the Beneficiary
  • Enter the Amount and press Pay Now
  • Choose IMPS as the transfer type on the confirmation page. If it is showing NEFT, change it to IMPS
  • Get confirmation receipt of transaction along with Transaction Reference Number on SMS

FAQs

How does Mobile to Account transfer happen?

The mobile to Account transfer happends with just the Account Number and IFSC code similar to NEFT transfers that you do just that it is instant and 24*7 including Holidays on IMPS.

What do I do if my account is Debited but beneficiary did not get the funds?

In case you had given a wrong bank account number and IFSC code , the funds will be reversed back to your account instantly. If the bank to which you sent the money is not in the list (click here) , then the amount gets reversed instantly. In case your transaction had timed out, it will be settled to the beneficiary’s account within 2 working days or will be reversed back to your account within 5 working days.

Do I need to register to send money through IMPS?

If you are a registered mobile banking customer of IndusInd Bank no more registrations are required. To send money from IndusMobile application, please do the following:

  • Login to IndusMobile
  • Press Brand icon (Zebu Bull icon) on the app and move to Payments Tab
  • Select Funds Transfer
  • Select type as beneficiary transfer
  • Select the Beneficiary
  • Enter the Amount and press Pay Now
  • Choose IMPS as the transfer type on the confirmation page. If it is showing NEFT, change it to IMPS
  • Get confirmation receipt of transaction along with Transaction Reference Number on SMS
