IndusDirect Mobile App is our new Corporate Mobile Banking App that facilitates banking on the go. Users can view balances, authorise payments, monitor payment history and view Trade Services dashboard via their smartphones.
All registered users of IndusInd Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking platforms are eligible to avail the services.
No. Our customers can currently avail the IndusDirect Mobile App– Corporate Mobile Banking App free of cost as a value added service.
All registered users of Corporate Internet Banking can download the App from Play Store/App Store and register for the services by using their login credentials.
Our Mobile App is available on both Android and IOS.
No. you can use the Mobile App only if your Mobile number is registered for Corporate Internet Banking.
No. Registered users can avail the services on only one device.
Mobile Number is an extremely critical information for the Bank as all the OTP details are delivered on the same. Any change in the mobile number should be immediately informed to IndusInd Bank an updated.
To ensure security of account information and transactions, a number of security features have been built.
No, Account Information will not be stored locally on the device.
Real time balance information will be available on the Mobile App.
You can readily view last 10 transactions (Mini Statement) for your account on the Mobile App. You can also request for offline Account Statement (for a period up to 1 year) which will be delivered to your registered email ID.
Accounts that are mapped to the users on Corporate Internet Banking will be available on Mobile App as well.
All cut off times and limits will be applicable as per the Corporate Internet Banking portal.
Forgot MPIN option can be used to reset the MPIN.
In case of loss of device where Mobile App is registered, please immediately register the User Id on an alternative device. This will automatically de-activate the App services on lost/old device. We also recommend you to get your user id disabled till you register on an alternative device. Please note as all OTPs are delivered via Mobile, it is extremely critical that any loss of device or change of mobile number is immediately informed to the Bank and user id is temporarily disabled till the user gets the same installed on an alternative device or number.
Mobile App authenticates transactions using MPIN + OTP or Biometrics + OTP. Transaction Password is not required for Mobile App.
