DDA Housing Scheme of 2019 Delhi:

18000 New Flats Schemes launched by DDA on 25th March 2019. Refer the scheme brochure available on DDA website site to get details on the scheme, type of flats, procedure, eligibility conditions, application Form Fees, registration money, important dates etc.

How to apply ?

Self Finance

If you are paying the registration fee yourself,

  • Register and fill up the form online
  • Pay registration cum application fee hassle free through Net Banking of multiple banks and even through NEFT mode.
  • You will get the acknowledgement of your application online.
  • In case of no allotment, the EMD amount will be directly refunded back into your account

EMD Finance Amount

If you want to avail a short term loan for EMD, IndusInd Bank is offering loan at very attractive rates on select premium flats from within the scheme for (LIG / HIG and MIG flats).



Process Steps for availing EMD funding

A. Please register and fill up form online by clicking EMD Finance option

B. After filling up form visit any of the listed branches along with following:
   1.  Print out of DDA Application Form filled up
   2.  Acknowledgement Form from DDA Website
   3.  Cash of Rs.8500 for EMD loan of 2 Lac or Rs.4500 for EMD loan of 1 Lac
   4.  3 Passport Size Color photograph each for Applicant & Co-Applicant
   5.  Self-attested copies of the following:
       a. Copy of PAN allotted (Carry Original for Verification
       b. Proof of Residence (Any One)
               a. Utility (electricity/landline/postpaid/piped gas) bill <2months old
               b. Voter ID Card with address
               c. Permanent Driving Licence
               d. Pass Port Copy (Valid as of date)
               e. Aadhar Card with Name / Address
               f. Bank Statement with Stamp & officer’s signature (<3 months old)
   6.  2 undated (CTS compliant) Security PDC’s. Both cheques should be signed and drawn in favor of “IndusInd Bank Ltd For Loan A/C of ” from saving A/C of main applicant.
       a.  1st Chq for amount equivalent to EMD Loan for loan repayment
       b.  2nd Chq for interest case of delay of draw.

When can one apply for the Scheme?

Applications for the Scheme has started from 25th March, 2019,  scheme has been extended till 10th June, however to avoid last minute rush it is recommended to submit application well before last date.

What are the other modes of application, can I buy forms and apply offline ?

There is no cost to be paid for the form and the application will be received through online mode only. Application through any other mode will not be accepted.

How this scheme is different from the existing “DDA Online Housing Scheme 2019”?

At present DDA Online Housing Scheme 2019 is for Surrendered One Bedroom/ Janta flats at Narela, Siraspur, Ramgarh Colony and Rohini on First Come First Serve Basis. However, the new scheme is for allotment through draw of lots of newly built flats located at Vasant Kunj & Narela which consist of EWS, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom Flats.

Where are the flats located, what is the size and tentative costs of  Flats?

Can an application be withdraw after submission and making payment to DDA.

No, once an application is submitted and payment is made it cannot be withdrawn

What if I don’t like the alloted flat or I am unable to arrange money to buy flat.

DDA has kept a provision to allow applicants to cancel allotment without any deductions within 15 days of allotment. And post 15 days there is a staggered deduction (ref DDA brochure)

How will I get my loan closed in case if I have availed EMD finance

In case there is no allotment,  amount which DDA will refund will be used to close the loan.
In case there is allotment,
- Applicants are required to pay and get EMD loan closed within 10 days from allotment
- Bank will deposit  Post Dated Cheque to recover the loan
- In case of failure to clear the loan, Bank will get allotment cancelled and take refund from DDA.
- Bank will retain its right to recover the loan / dues from the applicant as per the loan agreement

What happens if the scheme is further extended or draw is not conducted within 4 months.

- Applicants who have availed loan will be required to pay up additional amount to cover the interest costs of the Bank for extended period.
