This is a Genesis Luxury Fashion Private Limited Gift Voucher (GV) and would be accepted at listed outlets. For complete list of participating brands & outlets, please visit www.gyftr.com/armaniexchange
A customer holding GV is deemed to be the beneficiary of such GV and Company shall not be liable for any act done or action taken in good faith and in the normal course of business.
Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV for making payments before billing.
Only the listed outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV. The company may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
More than one GV can be used towards a single transaction/ billing.
This GV is strictly for one time use only. In case of the purchase price exceeding the value of the GV, the balance amount must be paid in cash or by debit/credit card at the time of billing.
In case the purchase price is less than the value of the GV / GC, the balance amount shall not be refunded back in any form. No Credit note / Refund / Loyalty points etc. shall be given for the unused amount.
In the case where a customer is also a loyalty member of the ‘Genesis Luxe Club ‘ loyalty program, loyalty points shall only be awarded on the net purchase amount paid in cash/debit/credit card. The value of this GV shall not be applicable for the earning of loyalty points.
In the case where a customer is a loyalty member of the ‘Genesis Luxe Club’ loyalty program, loyalty redemption transactions may not be clubbed with this GV.
The GV shall not be accepted during end-of-season or any other sale period at any participating stores.
Instant GV cannot be revalidated once expired.
The Company shall make all efforts to accept all Instant GV presented by its customers, however on account of technical / administrative reasons, participating stores may refuse to accept GV.
In the case that an Insta GV gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would be re-activated within 72 hours.
Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
