Terms and Conditions

• A card holder can transfer IndusInd Bank Reward points only to their own Maharaja Club account.  
• A card holder cannot transfer points to another card holder/card account.
• Once IndusInd Bank Reward points are converted into Maharaja Points, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.
• For any conversion request to Maharaja Points, the membership account will be credited with points in approximately 4 working days from the date of receiving the request. 
• IndusInd Bank and Air India reserve the right to extend or terminate this programme without prior notice. Air India is not liable for any delay, non-delivery, shortfall, deficiency, or unsatisfactory service provided by IndusInd Bank.
• Air India is responsible for the Maharaja Club programme. Maharaja Points are issued and redeemed in accordance with Air India’s Maharaja Club Programme T&Cs. click here for T&Cs
• The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising from this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
