The FlightMiles are based on the percentage of the full fare^ (base fare excluding surcharge and other taxes) that you pay when travelling between any two cities and the Ticketed-Point-Mileage* (TPM) between any two cities. Earning FlightMiles on International Flights

For globetrotters, we have created a WorldMiles Program that enables you to earn miles on international travel as well. We have divided the world into different zones – with major cities set as benchmarks in each zone for calculation of Ticketed-Point-Mileage (TPM).

Every flight has been assigned a specific number of WorldMiles that can be accumulated between cities, based on the full fare. The WorldMiles you earn will depend on the fare you pay – compared to the full fare between the cities in each zone.

For instance, the full fare and TPM between Mumbai (the major city in Zone 1) and London (the major city in Zone 3) are ₹85,000 and 4000 WorldMiles respectively.

If you take a flight from a city in Zone 1, e.g. Delhi to a city in Zone 3, e.g. Zurich, which costs ₹17,000 as bare fare, you earn 1/5th of the assigned TPM (4000 WorldMiles), which translates into 800 WorldMiles.

Terms and Conditions - Welcome gift

  • Eligible card holders shall be sent an SMS on their registered mobile number and email on their email address informing them of a unique promotion code (“Code”) within 15 days of payment of fees of the card. Such card holders would need to use this Code on Jet Airways’ website www.jetairways.com to book a one-way ticket (“ticket”).
  • Eligible card holders shall be sent the requisite number of Codes as per the fee plan selected by them on their registered mobile number and email address. It shall be the responsibility of the card holder to ensure that the mobile number and email address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the eligible card holder. IndusInd Bank Limited shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the mobile phone or number which results in inability of the eligible card holder to use / view the Code.
  • Economy class tickets shall belong to select classes (W & O) of inventory on Jet Airways and Jet Konnect and (R&I) inventory on Jet Lite.
  • W & O class inventory is not available on certain sectors. These sectors are subject to change at the discretion of Jet Airways. Please refer to www.indusind.com for the updated list of sectors on which inventory is not available.
  • Each Code is valid for booking for 6 months from the date of issue on a domestic sector serviced by non-stop direct flights of Jet Airways, Jet Konnect and Jet Lite; save and except on such sectors which are expressed herein to be not covered by the offer.
  • IndusInd Bank Limited shall pay only the base fare of the ticket and the eligible card holder shall be liable to pay all other charges including but not limited to all applicable taxes, fees, airlines charges, surcharge, etc. All such charge shall be paid directly by the eligible card holder to Jet Airways at the time of booking by using their card.
  • It is advisable that the bookings be made at least 7 days prior to the desired date of travel.
  • Tickets shall be subject to availability.
  • Corporate benefits of Jet Privilege benefits shall not accrue on such tickets.
  • The base fare of the tickets would be non-refundable. In case of cancellations, taxes shall be refunded to the eligible card holders and Jet Airways shall be solely responsible for all such refunds to the eligible card holders.
  • This promotion may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, vouchers, awards, promotions, special offers including but not limited to upgrades from Jet Airways. The promotion is not valid on government fares, tour / travel packages, group / convention / company meeting fares, bereavement, other companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts or any other unpublished discounts.
  • IndusInd Bank Limited does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Jet Airways and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods / services of for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a card holder directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the products / services provided by Jet Airways.
  • All standard terms and conditions of Jet Airways with respect to bookings and air travel including but not limited to baggage charges etc., will apply to these tickets also.
  • IndusInd Bank Limited’s responsibility in the present offer is limited to communicating the Code to the eligible card holders on their listed mobile numbers and email address.   • Any dispute / complaint regarding the present offer must be addressed by the card holder in writing to Jet Airways directly and IndusInd Bank Limited shall not entertain any communication in this regard including any claims with respect to eligibility under the present offer.

Conditions for Hole in One cover

  • The insurance lapses for the tournaments as soon as a player scores a hole-in one, and thereby becomes eligible for the prize.
  • The minimum yardage on any selected hole must be 150 yards from tee to pin. If the selected hole is more than 150 yards it cannot be decreased and must be played as stated on the score card.
  • The covered holes and greens shall not be altered in any ways so as to facilitate a hole in one.
  • The conduct of th tournament shall conform to the standards set out by Professional Golfers Association( PGA) and Royal and Ancient Golf club. All equipment shall conform to the standards set out by these authorities.
  • The hole is scored of the first tee shot
  • An impartial tournament official shall be stationed at each of the insured holes. Monitoring play. He along with the club secretary shall sign off the cards of the player so as to claim the prize.
  • A player scoring hole in one must furnish the entire round of golf and complete the scorecards to claim the prize.
  • Replayed ball shall not be counted as hole in one.
  • A person shall not be allowed a number of shots qualifying for the prize that are more than the number of rounds played in the tournament.
  • Only one claim per cardholder is covered. The cover for the cardholder lapses as soon as ahole in one event occurs in any one of the covered holes during the course of the tournament.

Conditions apply - IndusInd Bank Golf Program

  • The IndusInd Bank golf program is not to be regarded as a golf club membership.
  • Acceptance of all bookings/changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the golf clubs and subject to availability.
  • Card holders are to make all enquiries and bookings through IndusInd Bank concierge. Card holders will not be granted access rights to the golf clubs without booking through IndusInd Bank concierge. Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence / enquiries and /or attempts for bookings directly from the card holders.
  • IndusInd Bank reserves the right to change / replace the golf clubs at which golf benefits are being offered without notice.
  • Golf Rates quoted are not inclusive of taxes and are subject to change without notice.
  • The IndusInd Bank golf program is valid for golf course access only, card holders and / or their guests will not have access to the other facilities at the golf clubs.
  • Card holders and their guests must follow all local club / Driving range rules including limits of access to use club facilities as applicable to Green Fee players.
  • The IndusInd Bank golf program cannot be used by card holders or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional golf program.
  • To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating card holder releases IndusInd Bank from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with their participation in the program.
  • IndusInd Bank do not underwrite or warrant the services performed by the golf courses and shall not have any liability for any deficiency, delay or imperfection in such services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a customer directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the services provided by the golf club.
  • All payments for guests must be made upon booking and charged to the IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card.
  • Card holders and their guests will still need to pay for range balls, fore - caddy fee, caddy fee, insurance and hire of equipment directly at the club, where applicable.
  • There will be an administration fee of INR250 for any changes made after confirmation of booking. Changes can be made subject to availability.

Access to Golf Clubs in India

  • Under the IndusInd Bank Golf Program, primary IndusInd Bank Credit card holders (“card holders”) will enjoy complimentary to select golf clubs in India on weekdays and weekends. Add-on card holders are treated as guests.
  • Minimum Player Conditions: Weekdays - minimum of 2 balls per flight: Weekends / Holidays – minimum of 3 balls per flight.
  • Card holders can bring guest(s). There is a maximum of three guests per booking, which is subject to availability. Guests shall pay applicable rates.
  • Access to golf clubs provided maximum 4 times a month. The number of slots available for complimentary golf sessions is limited and is available on a first come first serve basis.
  • Weekday bookings requests must be made at least 2 (TWO) working days in advance and Weekend / Holiday bookings requests must be made at least 4 (FOUR) working days in advance by the card holder. Card holder can hold only one booking at a time and may only book 14 days in advance for any game.
  • A card holder shall be permitted to book a maximum of 14 days in advance and can hold only one booking at a time.
  • All other fees are to be borne by the card holder(s) and his/her guest(s).
  • Golfers must have at least a valid handicap. However in clubs where handicap is not compulsory on weekdays.
  • There will be no rain check.
  • Weekend rates apply for golf games booked on a Saturday, Sunday, restricted holiday public holiday as applicable in case there are guests.
  • card holders will be allowed to play in the same flight with a Club Member / other green fee paying guests subject to fulfillment of the minimum flight conditions and the Club Member/ other green fee paying guest having already made the booking prior to the card holders' request.
  • A club member cannot make a booking directly at the club and transfer the confirmed tee-time over to the card holder.
  • All payments for guests must be made upon booking and charged to the IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card. All cancellation/ administration charges will be charged to the IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card. This would require the principal card holders to provide all mandatory information about their credit card to affect the charge as stipulated by IndusInd Bank.
  • Cancellation Policy – Weekday
    oCancellation must be made 1 working day in advance prior to tee-off date.
    oThe card holder will not be allowed to book tee time on the IndusInd Bank Golf Program for that and the next Calendar month or any part thereof in the case of cancellations made less than 1 full working day before tee-off date or in the cases of no show or late arrivals.
  • Cancellation Policy - Weekend
    oCancellation must be made 1 working day in advance prior to tee-off date.
    oThe card holder will not be allowed to book tee time on the IndusInd Bank Golf Program for that and the next Calendar month or any part thereof in the case of cancellations made less than 1 full working day before tee-off date or in the cases of no show or late arrivals.

Complimentary Golf Lessons in India

  • Card holders will enjoy discounted golf clinics / golf coaching lessons at 5 driving ranges in India on weekdays & weekends.
  • Card holders will enjoy up to 20% discount off the Walk-in price for golf instruction / clinics including the green fees walk-in rates for the access to the courses.
  • Card holders can bring guests who will be charged applicable rates.
  • A card holder may hold only one booking at a time.
  • Bookings may be made no more than 14 days in advance and not less than 3 working days in advance and shall be subject to availability of coach.

Travel Insurance

The insurance cover shall be governed by terms and conditions of the applicable policy of the Insurance Company. Salient Benefits of the insurance cover are outlined here in below:

  • Medical Insurance while travelling internationally -The amount of compensation payable by Insurance Company shall not exceed the sum insured as specified above, in the event the card holder incurs medical costs due to illnesses or accidents, including outpatient & inpatient medical expenses, medical aid, therapies and diagnostic test when travelling abroad. The Insurance Company shall also include costs for medical evacuation to India.
  • Loss of checked-in Baggage - In the event of loss of property whilst in the custody of an international airline, a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) must be obtained from the international airline immediately upon discovering the loss which must be submitted to the Insurance Company. No partial loss or damage shall be compensated by the Insurance Company. No claim will be paid for valuable items as defined in the insurance policy.
  • Delay of checked-in baggage - Compensation for a sum not exceeding the sum insured as specified above, for the expenses incurred for emergency purchase of basic essential items in the event that the card holder suffers a delay of baggage of more than 12 hours from the scheduled arrival time at the destination for delivery of baggage that has been checked by an international airline for an international flight. A non-delivery certificate must be obtained immediately from the international airline which must be submitted to the Insurance Company in the event of a claim hereunder.
  • Loss of passport and ticket - Compensation for a sum not exceeding the sum insured as specified above for loss of or damage to passport and travel related documents due to or on account of confiscation or detention by customs, police or other authority.
  • Missed connection - Compensation of a sum not exceeding the sum insured as specified above, in the event the card holder misses or fails to take a connecting domestic or international flight of an international airline due to the delay in arrival of another international flight, in which the insured card holder is travelling, beyond 6 hours of the scheduled arrival time.
  • The above mentioned travel insurance benefits are valid for a period of 20 days of international travel. IndusInd Bank must be informed at least 48 hours prior to commencement of international travel and within 48 hours after arrival in India to activate the above insurance benefits.

Do I need to pay when I use the Auto Assist?

You do not need to pay for arrangement, however all expenses including labor charges or any repair charges, need to be paid to the mechanic.

How long does it normally take for the mechanic to come to me in the time of emergency?

The Auto Assist service is on a best efforts basis, and the time would depend on the location of the vehicle. However, normally it would take about 30 to 45 minutes to reach you within city limits and about one to one and half hour to reach you if you are outside city limits.

DO NOT

  • DO NOT leave your Credit Card unattended.
  • DO NOT disclose your ATM PIN/TPIN/NET BANKING PASSWORDS/OTP/CVV/VBV/MASTER SECURE PASSWORDS to anyone.
  • DO NOT seek help from strangers at the ATM even if offered voluntarily.
