1. ALLIANCES GALORE PVT LTD. is the holder of Master Policy issued by Care Health Insurance ltd and you will be a member of this group policy.
2. Proposer (who is buying the policy) should be between at least 18 years of age at the time of inception of policy.
3. Proposer shall be an existing customer of ALLIANCES GALORE PVT LTD.
4. Customer will receive certificate of insurance on his/her email ID provided at the time of buying the policy.
5. The coverage is offered by Care Health Insurance ltd and covers Online Consultations either through Chat/Voice/Video on unlimited basis for a year as specified in the Certificate of Insurance.
6. 7. For cancellation policy- Customer may give request to Care Health Insurance ltd to below email id: by mentioning details- Name, policy number, policy start date, policy end date, premium, reason of cancellation. (customerfirst@Careinsurance.com)
8. Cancellation of policy is not allowed if customer has utilized any consultation provided in the policy.

10. E-consultations will be only be offered in Care Health Insurance network or partner provider network. No reimbursements will be entertained in this policy.

12. All the other terms and conditions including those mentioned in the Certificate of Insurance will be applicable.
