Nikita Tokas

Hailing from Delhi, Nikita is a Cadet(under 57kg) judoka who started out playing football, and volleyball and landed on judo after seeing her sister clinch a National Medal, which motivated her to follow judo seriously. Nikita clinched a silver medal in her first ever Delhi State Championship which boosted her confidence. She was selected to join IIS at the selection trials held at her academy in Delhi. She feels IIS has provided her to get good practice and all-round development with S&C, Nutrition, and recovery. Like all athletes, she wants to become a gold medalist in the Olympics.
