IndusInd Girl Power Program

IndusInd Girl Power Programme (in partnership with Inspire Institute of Sport - IIS)

Launched in 2017 in partnership with IIS, this programme supports 31 woman athletes in the field of Judo, with an objective to nurture and develop them through high quality coaching, tailor made academic and life skills programmes as well as a cutting edge environment to help them chase their Olympic dream.

The judokas have won a total of 90 Medals – 43 Gold, 25 Silver & 22 Bronze till October 2023.

IndusInd Bank in partnership with the Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS), supports 31 talented woman athletes from across India, majorly belonging to less-privileged backgrounds, to be nurtured into National and International champions in the discipline of Judo.

The goal is to nurture these athletes to win medals at marquee national and international events in their respective disciplines.

The power of this programme is that the girls get access to world-class training and conditioning facilities, under an excellent coaching team, comprising International Head Coaches. This residential programme also supports their nutritional, emotional and academic needs.
