IndusInd Bank Beyond Banking Solutions is a platform for display of offers related to Products/ Services (“Offers”)provided by third parties (“Partners”) to the Bank’s customers holding Current Accounts (“Customers”).

For availing the Offers, the Customers will be redirected to the Partners webpage/application, which does not come under the purview of the Bank. The Bank has no control over any information/data shared by the Customers with such Partners and further usage of the said data by the Partners. Customers are advised to exercise their discretion and diligence while sharing their data/information. The Bank will not be liable for any privacy-related concerns arising from Customers' sharing their data with the Partners.

The Bank is not charging any amount of fees/charges/commission to the Customers for providing these Offers. However, to avail the offers/products/services, the Customers may have to pay the rates/fees/charge to the Partners as specified for the respective Offer. The Customers are advised to read relevant terms and conditions of the relevant third party product/services before availing the respective Offers and shall not hold the Bank liable for any loss/damage caused to the Customer by availing such product and services offered by Partners and/or for any defect/deficiency in the same.

The participation of the Customer in the Offer is discretionary and shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Customer of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.

The Customers shall conduct its own due diligence of the products and services offered by Partners. The Bank is only a facilitator and does not warrant, represent or guarantee the sale/quality/features/suitability/performance etc. of the products/services offered by the Partners. Any issues or complaints with respect to the quality or performance of the product and services offered by the Partner, should be taken up with the respective Partners.

The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or for any personal injury that may be suffered by the Customer as a result of availing the Products/Services of the Partners.

The product and services under this Offer are being offered solely by the respective Partners and the Bank is not selling / rendering any of these products / services. The Bank does not endorse any of the products / services made available to the Customers under this Offer.

The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Customer.

The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the Current Account (‘Customer T&Cs’) and shall at all times be read along with terms of the Customer T&Cs and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate from time to time in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Customer T&Cs, then terms of the Customer T&Cs shall prevail.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct any offers.
