What is the maximum limit of amount I can transfer using UPI?
You can transfer up to ₹1 lakh cumulatively via up to 10 transactions to non-merchant accounts and up to ₹2 lakhs cumulatively to specific merchants daily.
However, there is a 24-hour cooling-off period after registering for UPI. Within the cooling off period, you can transfer up to ₹5000 cumulatively via up to 5 transactions to both non-merchant and merchant accounts. After 24 hours, the transaction limit increases to the standard UPI limits.
Will there be any charge on UPI transactions?
There is no charge on UPI transactions.
What is UPI Number?
UPI number is the new payment address introduced by NPCI. You can link UPI number to your UPI ID and receive funds through UPI Number. You can either create your 10-digit mobile number as UPI number or random 6-9-digit number.
Can I link my UPI number to multiple UPI ID’s?
No UPI number can only be linked to single UPI ID. You have the option to port your UPI number and link it to another UPI ID.

What is the difference between typical Personal loan and INDIE by IndusInd Bank mobile banking app’s my Credit Line?
With a Personal loan, the customer must withdraw the entire amount as loan at once. My Credit Line by INDIE by IndusInd Bank mobile banking app allows the customer to take multiple loans (draw-downs) from the approved limit, multiple times. The entire process of application, repayment, servicing for the loans taken is digital in nature.
What is the credit limit offered by INDIE by IndusInd Bank mobile banking app ?
Approved Credit limit can vary from ₹10,000 to ₹5L. There can be two scenarios:
- Pre-approved limit: For eligible customers, there is a pre-approved limit offer on the App. Such customers can accept this approved limit and activate the LOC, and then can withdraw as per their needs.
- Real time approval: For other customers, my Credit Line offer may not be pre-approved on the App. Such customers have to apply for it on the App, and eligible credit limit is shown to the customer in real time, once approved.
How can I activate my Credit Line?
You can activate your credit line by clicking on the Credit Line icon to check your eligibility. If you are eligible, then you can set up the auto payment and activate your credit line.
Are there any activation charges my Credit Line?
There are no charges for Credit line activation. Only when you draw-down the amount in your Savings account, a processing fee would be charged. IndusInd Bank will inform the customers upfront about any charges/ fees that may get charged later on such usage.
Can I cancel a loan I have taken?
You can cancel a loan within 3 days of getting the amount in your IndusInd Bank account. Post 3 days, cancellation cannot be done.
How can I do a drawdown/ get money in the account?
You can get money from your activated Credit Line by simply going to “Credit Line” > “Take Money” > Enter the amount that you wish to draw-down> Choose EMI plan> Review Loan details & acknowledge KFS by OTP, post which funds would be disbursed in your linked Saving Account on real time basis.

What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

How do I become a Megastar?
You can become a Megastar either by doing a funding of ₹50,000 or more or by earning the minimum threshold INDIE Gems on the app. Similarly, you can become a Superstar by doing an funding of ₹25,000 to ₹49,999 or by earning the minimum threshold of INDIE Gems.
Effective 1st April 2024, following are the funding conditions to upgrade to Megastar:
Option 1: Fund the INDIE account with ₹50,000 or more in one single transaction within first 30 days of account opening.
Option 2: Maintain a minimum average balance of₹2 lakhs (Savings + FD) or ₹50K(Savings) in any calendar quarter post the quarter in which customer has on boarded. There are 4 quarters in a calendar year - Jan to Mar, Apr to June, July to Sept, Oct to Dec.
E.g. If a customer got on boarded on 5th Nov 2023, and has not been upgraded to Megastar till 31st March 2024, only if the customer maintains quarterly balance (as defined above) for April to June period (or any other subsequent quarter), would the customer get upgraded to Megastar.

Can I schedule my bill payment?
Yes, you can set autopay for your bills if the functionality is provided by the biller. However, few billers do not provide auto pay functionality.
How can I schedule payments?
After paying any bill, Auto pay option will appear on the success screen for billers which provide auto pay option or you may go to “My Billers” section and set up autopay on eligible billers.
If the user selects auto pay, user will be asked to select amount range for which auto pay will be applicable. If the bill amount is greater than the auto-pay set limit or the user doesn't have enough balance in the savings account which has been selected to make the payment, then the transaction will be declined.
At present, there are 3 amount range options available – up to ₹5,000, up to ₹25,000 and up to ₹1,00,000. Some billers allow to fill in a maximum limit for auto pay, letting users choose any amount. These are subject to change in future.
Can I pay my bill using another bank account or credit card?
No, currently bill payment can only be executed through IndusInd Bank Savings Account on INDIE.

Any auto-payment that is set will automatically be done 3 days before the due date. Please note, that if you have just made the payment, and then set the auto-pay, and the bill was already in the due window, then the amount will be deducted again. In this case, the amount will be settled in the next billing cycle by the biller
