• Non-cash reward point change for RuPay Platinum Credit Card

Effective 15^th Dec'24, there will be a change in the non cash (excluding Airmiles) Reward Redemption Rate from Rs.0.85 to Rs.0.60.

• Effective October 5, 2024, the forex mark-up fee on international transactions using the Pioneer Heritage Metal Credit Card has been reduced from 1.8% to 0%.
• Foreign Currency Mark-up on IndusInd Bank Club Vistara Explorer Credit Card is revised to 1.8%, with effect from 4th Nov 2024.

• Due to the merger announcement of Club Vistara Loyalty Program with Air India Flying Returns by TATA SIA Airline Ltd (Vistara) and Air India, the option to convert IndusInd Bank Credit Card rewards points to Club Vistara Air Miles via Indusmoments for customers has been discontinued effective 12^th Nov’24

• W.e.f August 24 , IndusInd Bank Limited concluded the relationship with InterMiles for Co-Brand Credit Card on our 4 variants of credit cards (Odyssey Visa, Odyssey Amex, Voyage Amex & Voyage Visa) 
•  Effective July 30, 2024, OTP (One Time Password) for all IndusInd Bank Credit Card online transactions will be sent only to registered mobile number as we are discontinuing sending OTP on registered email address. This change update is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the security of credit card transactions.
