Special Zomato Gold Offer on IndusInd Bank Debit Cards

Introduction

IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) is offering 3 (three) months Zomato Gold Membership code to its select customers (“Customer(s)”) who make a total valid spends of Rs. 10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) by using its valid debit card(s) (“Debit Card”) of the Bank during the Offer Period (“Offer”).

Offer Period

The Offer is valid from 15thDecember, 2023 to 31stDecember 2023 (‘Offer Period’).
The Offer is also valid from 15th January 2024 to 31st January 2024 (‘Offer Period’).
The Offer is valid from 15th February to 29th February 2024 (‘Offer Period’).
The Offer is valid from 15th March to 31^st March 2024 (‘Offer Period’).
The Offer is valid from 15th April to 30^th April 2024 (‘Offer Period’).

Offer Eligibility

Offer: 3 (Three) months Zomato Gold membership for select Customer(s) upon completing spends of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) or more on their Debit Card during the Offer Period.

Eligibility:

Offer is valid for select Debit Card Customers, only to whom the Bank chooses to communicate the Offer.
Offer is valid only for Debit Card transactions done by the select Customer(s) and settled during the Offer Period. Here, term “settled” means, transactions which are successfully posted to Bank’s server. If any transaction for which settlement is done at a later date (outside Offer Period) due to delayed settlement by merchant or what so ever reason, such select Customer will not be eligible for such Offer and such transaction will not be counted as eligible spend.
Select Customer is required to make at least one e-commerce (online) transaction on his Debit Card during the Offer Period to be eligible for the Offer.
Select Customer is required to make spends adding up to a minimum of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) on the Debit Card mentioned in the communication during the Offer Period to qualify for the Offer.
Offer is valid on both offline and online valid and successful transactions made on the eligible Debit Card.
Account status of the eligible select Customer must be active at the time of receiving 3 (three) months Zomato Gold Membership code under this Offer. 3 (three) months Zomato Gold Membership code can only be used once.
The Offer is applicable on the domestic and/or international transactions made by the select Customer with the Debit Card.

Disqualification Criteria:

Void/rejected/cancelled/unsuccessful transactions by the select Customer on the Debit Card are not eligible for the Offer.
ATM transaction(s) made on the Debit Card is/are not eligible for this Offer.
Any transaction reversal/ refund in either full/partial on the select Customer’s Debit Card, will not be considered for this Offer.
If the select Customer ceases to be the customer of the Bank at any time before rewards are given/credited to the select Customer under the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the select Customer.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

Unique 3 (three) months Zomato Gold Membership Code, redeemable on Zomato application will be sent to the eligible and qualified select Customer through registered email and/or SMS on the number registered with the Bank by 1^st June 2024.
For availing the 3 (three) months Zomato Gold Membership, the select Customer will also be bound by the terms and conditions of Zomato.

General Terms and conditions

This Offer is valid only during the Offer Period only.
The select Customer is eligible to participate only once in the Offer during the Offer Period.
Regular terms and conditions applicable on Debit Cards will continue to apply.
The participation of the select Customer in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the select Customer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
The select Customer participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility / services offered by the Bank and / or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank.
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the primary terms and conditions available at https://www.indusind.com/in/en/personal/terms-and-conditions.html.
The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to the select Customer to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the select Customer.

In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect.
The Bank may at its sole discretion extend the Offer Period or revoke the Offer earlier as it may deem fit.
The Bank reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion the select Customer from the Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the select Customer is identified for the purpose of availing the Offer and its benefits by use of the Debit Card of the Bank.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
The Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Zomato and its merchants. Any dispute or claim regarding the services and must be resolved by the select Customers with the alliance partner directly without any reference to the Bank.
IndusInd Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Cardholder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time.
These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
