1. Hospitalization Cover (Dengue Hospitalization and Accidental Hospitalization)

  • Both the covers would be provided according to the plan the customer has opted for
  • In case for claim of Accidental Hospitalization it will only be Reimbursement.
  • In case of a claim, customer/family member/Finance institution to contact Religare Health Insurance (RHICL) customer care at 1860-500-4488/ 1800-200-4488 (Toll Free) OR customerfirst@religarehealthinsurance.com.
  • RHICL will inform the list of documents required to process the claim. An indicative list of documents is given below. RHICL may ask for further documentation as might be required for purpose of adjudication of claim.
    • Duly completed and signed claim form, in original.
    • Original discharge/ death summary from the Hospital (if applicable)
    • Doctors certificate in case of diagnosis of critical illness
    • Diagnostic Reports confirming the diagnosis of critical illness
    • Certificate from the attending Medical Practitioner of the Insured Person confirming Insured Name, date of occurrence and medical details.
  • After receipt of required complete set of documents and claim investigation (if need be); RHICL will process the claim request.
  • In case of death of Insured Person in Group Secure claim amount will be given to the Nominee ( Spouse/Children in case Minor Appointee details are required/Parents). At the time of death, RHICL will collect Nominee details.
  • Claims Processing TAT
    • 15 days for fixed benefit claims from date of receipt of completed documents

2. Dental Vouchers (Cleaning and scaling) - Religare Health Insurance is offering its IIB member free Dental Cleaning and Scaling service at its empanelled network dental clinics/ hospitals across India. Following are the terms and conditions to avail this voucher.

  • Contact your preferred  clinic for appointment
  • Visit the clinic with Govt. ID proof and the voucher
  • This package is available for valid Raligare health Insurance Coupon holders only and is non- transferrable.
  • The Religare Health Dental Cleaning and Scaling Package(s) is to be availed within the package’s validity period.
  • All appointments should be utilized before the package’s expiry date.
  • Please ensure to present the coupon, along with Photo ID proof at the front desk before availing the treatment.
  • The packages entitles members or dependent ( Spouse/ Children/ Parents- any one) for one sitting and cleaning and scaling ( basic oral prophylaxis/ basic scaling).
  • The centre might ask for relationship proof incase appointment is availed for dependent.
  • The package does not cover advanced processes like ozone base cleaning etc.
  • The package cannot be encashed.

  • Appointments are subject to the availability of the Dentists/ Doctors.

3. Doctor on Call – Religare Health Insurance is offering its IndusInd Bank member free doctor on call service to get instant advice from general physician. Refer below terms and conditions.

  • SMS Confirmation will be received.
  • Customer receives a call from doctor within 15 minutes.
  • This package can be availed with in the Package’s expiry period.

  • This Package cannot be encashed.

4. Diet Consultation - Religare Health Insurance is offering its IndusInd Bank member free diet consultation voucher to get health and fitness goals from an expert dietician over the phone. Refer below terms and conditions.

  • Logon to www.religarehealthinsurance.com.
  • Click on Diet Consultation and provide your number for appointment.
  • This Package is to be availed within the package’s validity period.
  • All appointment requests should be given before the validity period and utilized before the package’s expiry date.
  • Appointments with dietician will be available from Mon-Sat (09:30 AM -6:00 PM).
  • After tele-counselling session, you will start receiving program SMS(s) & customized diet plan e-mail within 24 hours & newsletter within 5 working days.
  • The tele-counselling session given by the dietician is solely on the basis of the information provided by you.
  • Religare Health or its dietician shall not be responsible in any case whatsoever.
  • In case, you want to obtain the detailed information on any subject, we recommend you to contact your own physician.
  • This package cannot be encashed.
  • Please ensure to provide the coupon number to the customer service executive before availing the consultation.

5. Health Checkup

  • Visit https:// www.religarehealthinsurance.com and login using credentials. You can alternatively call us on 1800-200-4488 and schedule an appointment.
  • Confirmation mail and SMS will be received for the appointment.
  • Home visit will be done for the health checkup.
  • Provide coupon along with copy of Gov Id  proof to the medical service provider.
  • As a Religare Health Insurance partner member you pay nothing to avail basic health checkup.
  • This Package can be availed with in the package’s validity period.
  • Please ensure the coupon is handed over to the medical provider before availing the treatment.
  • This package cannot be encashed.

6. Pharmacy – Religare is offering its IndusInd Bank customers pre- paid pharmacy benefit of upto INR 250. We have a wide range of pharmacy network spread across PAN India. Kindly Visit https://my.religarehealthinsurance.com/goodhealth  and check the pharmacy network.

  • Present the prepaid coupon at the pharmacy desk to avail the medicine upto the mentioned value
  • The coupon can be redeemed against pharmacy items only. No FMCG or other items besides pharmacy can be purchased with the coupon.
  • Return and exchange of the goods is not allowed.
  • Free home delivery service will be available as per the following terms.
  • Prescription to be shown at the time of delivery of medicine
  • Minimum order value Rs.200
  • Home delivery will be applicable in radius of 5 km and between 10 am- 6 pm
  • No two offers can be clubbed together
  • This voucher is acceptable on at Apollo Retail pharmacy outlets and not acceptable on Hospital Based pharmacies.
  • The voucher is valid for a single transaction only.
