IndusInd Bank Limited (the ‘Bank’) is offering Complementary Times Prime Annual Membership to selected customers upon opening of an IndusInd Bank ’PROgress Savings Account’ with the Bank (“Offer”).

Offer Period

Offer valid from 11th October 2021 till 31st March 2024 unless revoked earlier or extended by the Bank at it’s sole discretion.

Eligibility

• The Offer is available for Individual customers only.
• This is an invite based offer, available only for identified customers basis their Savings Account relationship with the Bank
• To become eligible for the offer, customer is required to open an IndusInd Bank PROgress Savings Account with minimum deposit amount of INR 1 Lakh

Terms & Conditions for Times Prime Membership Offer

• Eligible customers will receive communication regarding complementary Times Prime membership on their registered email id or mobile number with the Bank, once the customer has opened a savings account with initial payment requirement.
• Customer shall be required to follow the instructions as provided under the communication regarding complementary Times Prime membership on their registered email id or mobile number for activation of the Times Prime membership.
• One Voucher to be issued per Account, in case of Joint Accounts- Voucher is sent to Primary Holder’s contact details(Email ID)
• In case, mobile number/email id is not registered or registered mobile number/email id is not valid or in case of any technical issue, Bank will not be liable for non-receipt of SMS/email
• The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Bank on accepting the offer
• The membership starts from the day the consumer activates to his/her Times Prime Smart membership.
• The e-code is applicable once per user.
• The e-code is not valid for existing Times Prime members
• In case of any issues related to the redemption of the e-code, please contact support@timesprime.com. The Bank shall not be liable and responsible for non redemption of e-code and related issues.
• Times Prime reserves the right to terminate, modify, extend the timelines and features, at any time at its absolute discretion.
• The offers/memberships must be unlocked within the Times Prime Membership period.

General Terms & Conditions

• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer already running on website or exchanged against cash or partially redeemed.
• The offers are brought to you by IndusInd Bank Limited ("IndusInd Bank") and any participation in the offer is voluntary.
• The offers are applicable to the customers to whom the SMS/mailer is addressed.
• IndusInd Bank shall neither be responsible for nor guarantee delivery of SMS/Emails to the customer and shall not be liable for non-delivery of the same arising due to mobile network issues, DND activation by customers, and personal email settings of customer.

• The offers are subject to force majeure events or any event or condition outside reasonable control of IndusInd Bank.
• The participation in the program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Customer of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.
• IndusInd Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of services availed by the customers.
• IndusInd Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benefits of this offer inter alia for events like unusual transaction pattern that may indicate collusion between employee and customer OR recycling of funds via wallets/fund transfers
• The Bank at its sole discretion can decide customers who can avail these offers. The decision of IndusInd Bank will be considered as final and binding for rewarding the customers/employees.
• In all matters relating to the Programme, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
• The terms and conditions of the programme shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the savings account ( ‘Customer T&Cs’) and shall at all times be read along with terms of the Customer T&Cs and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Customer T&Cs, then terms of the Customer T&Cs shall prevail.

• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
