When can I set the PIN and when will the new PIN be ready for use?
The service is available 24X7, customers can set the PIN at any time and can be immediately used for doing transactions.
What will happen to my earlier PIN?
When the new PIN is set, the earlier PIN will not be usable.
Can the PIN be used for Online/ ECOM transactions?
The 4 digit PIN set through online portal can be used to do ATM and Point of Sale transactions only.
When will the PIN expire?
The PIN is valid till the expiry of the card unless it is changed before the expiry of the card.
What will be the limit of transactions that can be done post setting the PIN?
Limit for your Debit Card will be Rs 20,000 for 2 hours after PIN set.
Is the functionality available for all the customers?
This facility is currently not available for Current Account customers having Debit Cards issued prior to Apr’19.
