  • I have lost my card, how can I get it blocked immediately?
    Send an SMS to 9223512966 from your registered mobile number with the text short code LOST followed by your registered date of birth.
    Alternatively call our 24X7 phone banking at 18602677777.
  • What is the format for SMS?
    LOST DDMMYYYY    (where DDMMYYYY is your date of birth)
    e.g: LOST 01-07-1990 where date of birth is 1st of July 1990
  • Can anyone send an SMS to block my card?
    No, only SMS from your registered mobile number will be considered for blocking.
  • What if I have more than one card linked to my phone no.?
    The hotlist on SMS feature will not work if you have more than one Card. However, you can call 18602677777 to block your card immediately.
  • What if I don’t remember my registered phone no.? Will I not be able to block my card in case it’s Lost?
    You can still block your card. Call 18602677777 to block your card immediately.
  • Can I reactivate my blocked Card?
    No, Cards hotlisted will be permanently made inactive for usage. For issuance of a new debit card  the customer will need to apply online, call the contact centre or visit a branch. Charges, as applicable.
