1. What are the product features which are being discontinued?

Priority Pass, Travel Plus Program, Concierge Services, Golf Program & Auto Assist Feature will be discontinued on IndusInd Bank Duo Card, Platinum Aura Edge Credit Card, Platinum Credit Card, IndusInd Platinum Master, IndusInd Platinum Visa, IndusInd Platinum Select, IndusInd Platinum Aura & Nexxt Credit Card effective 30th November 2021.

2. Till when will I be able to avail these features?

Till 30th November 2021, post which all the above features will be discontinued. 

3. What should I do if I want to use these features?

You can request to upgrade your existing IndusInd Bank Credit Card to a higher variant to enjoy the above features.

4.       How can I request for upgrading my Credit Card?

5. Will the regular lounge access offered by Networks such as Visa/Mastercard/Amex be discontinued?

No, complimentary lounge access offered by networks will not be discontinued. Only Priority Pass issuance on the above mentioned Credit Cards will be discontinued.

6. I have already paid for my Priority Pass (Travel Plus) membership, what will happen post 30th November 2021?

Existing Priority Pass holders will be able to enjoy the benefits till the expiry date of the Priority Pass (Travel Plus) membership.
