Terms & Conditions for the FD offer on Domestic Fixed Deposit
- By accepting the FD Offer customer is deemed to have expressly read, understood and accepted each and every Term and Condition mentioned herein:
- The offer will be valid from June 16th to July 31st 2020
Offer Eligibility
The offer would be valid only on new Domestic Fixed Deposit booking of Rs.90,000/- & above booked on https://myaccount.indusind.com/fdonline/index.aspx during the offer period subject to all of the following :
- FD’s booked on https://myaccount.indusind.com/fdonline/index.aspx only.
- Minimum tenure has to be of 6 months.
- The Offer is applicable only if FD is active for the entire Tenure.
- In case of Premature closure of Fixed deposit, the policy will be withdrawn.
- Booking must be via payment from Non IndusInd Banks (via UPI/ Debit Card/ Net Banking)
- Applicable only for Indian Residents, between the age of 3 months to 60 years.
How to Avail the Offer
- Eligible customers will receive the Insurance policy from Reliance General Insurance, the policy would be issued within 3 days of booking the fixed Deposit
- The policy copy will be sent to the customers on their registered Mobile Number & Email with the bank
- In case, mobile number is not registered or registered mobile number is not valid or in case of any technical issue, Bank will not be liable for non-receipt of SMS
- The offer is not valid on the renewals of Fixed Deposit.
- One Insurance Cover per customer will be given irrespective of number of Fixed Deposits booked during the promotion period.

- In case of joint holders, only the primary holder will be the Policy Holder.
- Customer agrees to allow the Bank to share his/her contact details and other information necessary for Policy creation and services for Reliance general Insurance.
- The customer shall be responsible for reviewing the Term and Conditions of the IndusInd Bank & Reliance General insurance & shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the offer.

T&C Governing Claims of the COVID Insurance Policy
Claims will not be granted in case of any of the following:
a. The policy holder/ family member or close associate is suffering from Covid 19 or is quarantined or has met any Covid-19 affected person in 15 days prior to issuance of the policy
b. The policy holder is living with and sharing the same address as that of person(s) who is/were Diagnosed with COVID-19 or Quarantined.
c. The Policy holder has travelled to international destination in 45 days immediately preceding this Insurance Cover Period Start Date

General Terms & Conditions
- The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer already running on website or exchanged against cash or partially redeemed.
- Policy is non-transferable.
- Policy is provided by Reliance General Insurance. Any dispute related to T&C should be raised to RGI on the toll free number and email ID received with Policy.
- The offers are brought to you by IndusInd Bank Limited ("IndusInd Bank") and any participation in the offer is voluntary.
- The offers are applicable to the customers to whom the SMS/mailer is addressed.
- Tax liability, if any, to be borne by the Customer.
- IndusInd Bank shall neither be responsible for nor guarantee delivery of SMS/Emails to the customer and shall not be liable for non-delivery of the same arising due to mobile network issues, DND activation by customers, and personal email settings of customer.
- IndusInd Bank reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer or to withdraw the offer completely at any time without prior notice.
- IndusInd Bank shall neither be responsible for nor guarantee on the quality of Service.
- IndusInd Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing the Offers.
- The offers are subject to force majeure events.
- The participation in the program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Customer of all the terms and conditions governing the Programme.
- IndusInd Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of services availed by the customers.
- IndusInd Bank Debit Customer irrevocably agree and acknowledge that IndusInd Bank makes no guarantee or warranty that the participating Insurance Provider shall honour the offer.
- Accordingly, IndusInd Bank customer shall not make any claim or seek compensation against IndusInd Bank in relation to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to nonfulfillment by the Reliance General Insurance under this program.
- Any dispute as regards the Policy and services are to be taken by Customer directly with Reliance General Insurance.
- IndusInd Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benefits of this offer inter alia for events like unusual transaction pattern that may indicate collusion between employee and customer OR recycling of funds via wallets/fund transfers
- The Bank at its sole discretion can decide customers who can avail these offers. The decision of IndusInd Bank will be considered as final and binding for rewarding the customers/employees.
- In all matters relating to the Programme, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
- The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
- The terms and conditions of the programme shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the account and shall at all times be read along with terms of the customer Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the customer Agreement, then terms of the customer Agreement to prevail the present conditions.
- Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
