Terms & Conditions: Jet Airways Bookings

• Welcome Gift is subject to the customer complying with the conditions mentioned below.
• The Cardholder shall be eligible for the Welcome Gift on payment of the joining fees or settlement of payment against joining fees.
• The Cardholder will be sent an SMS from IndusInd Bank once he is eligible for a Welcome Gift within ten (10) working days of payment of fees of the (“Card”) or settlement of payment against joining fees.
• The Cardholder will then need to request for dispatch of the Welcome Gift within thirty (30) days of receiving the SMS by contacting the Bank’s helpline number at 1860 0267 7777 or writing to priority.care@indusind.com. Please note, Welcome Gift dispatch request received after the stipulated time period of thirty (30) days will not be considered.
• On receipt of request from the Cardholder, Jet Airways Promo Codes will be sent to his registered mobile number and email address within fifteen (15) working days.
• Such Eligible Cardholders would need to use this Code on Jet Airways (India) Limited ("Jet Airways") website www.jetairways.com to book a one-way ticket for Domestic flights on economy segment ("Ticket"). Each Code is valid for one-time booking only.
• Eligible Cardholders shall be sent the requisite number of Codes as per the fee plan selected by them on their registered mobile number and email address. It shall be the responsibility of the Cardholder/s to ensure that the mobile number and email address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the Eligible Cardholder. IndusInd Bank Limited ("Bank") shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the mobile phone or number which results in inability of the Eligible Cardholder to use/view the Code.
• Economy Class Tickets shall belong to select classes (Booking class: V) on Jet Airways. Tickets are available on first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.
• (V) Class Inventory is not available on certain sectors. These sectors are subject to change at the discretion of Jet Airways.
• Each Code is valid for booking and travel for six (6) months from the date of issue on a domestic sector serviced by non-stop direct flights of Jet Airways.
• The Promotion Codes cannot be extended, if the customer fails to utilize these Codes (booking and travel included) within six (6) months from date of issue.
• Please note that in case the Promotion Codes are not redeemed by the customer/ any other issue due to which the customers claims non usage, no joining fees refund will be given to the customer by IndusInd Bank.
• Only the Base Fare and Airline Fuel Charge of the ticket will be paid by IndusInd Bank. All other charges (taxes/surcharges etc.) are to be paid by the Eligible Cardholders using their IndusInd Bank credit card at the time of booking.
• Bookings to be made at least seven (7) days prior to the desired date of travel.
• Corporate benefits of Jet Privilege benefits shall not accrue on such Tickets.
• Promo codes once used for booking will be considered utilized and no fresh codes will be issued in lieu of a Promo code if the booking is cancelled by me.
• Rescheduling of tickets booked using the Codes is not permitted.
• The base fare of the Tickets would be non-refundable. In case of cancellations, taxes shall be refunded to the Eligible Cardholders, and Jet Airways shall be solely responsible for all such tax refunds to the Eligible Cardholders.
• This promotion may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, vouchers, awards, promotions, special offers, including but not limited to upgrades from Jet Airways. The promotion is not valid on government fares, tour/travel packages, group/convention/company meeting fares, bereavement, other companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts or any other unpublished discounts.
• Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Jet Airways and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods/services of for any loss or damage that may be suffered, to a Cardholder directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the products/services provided by Jet Airways.
• All standard terms and conditions of Jet Airways with respect to bookings, cancellation and air travel, including but not limited to baggage charges, etc., will apply to these tickets also.
• Bank's responsibility in the present offer is limited to communicating the Code to the Eligible Cardholders on their listed mobile numbers and email address. The Cardholder hereby agrees that Jet Airways is solely responsible for the acts and omission relating to the Tickets including but not limited to, availability of Tickets in accordance with the preferences of the Cardholders, offering free base fare on "V" class Tickets being booked by Eligible Cardholders, quality of service in respect of Tickets and air travel, etc.
• Any dispute/complaint regarding the present Offer must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing within ten (10) Business days from the date of the event to Jet Airways directly, and Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard including any claims with respect to eligibility under the present Offer as more particularly defined hereinabove.
• Bank reserves the right to change/modify/withdraw/suspend/cancel this offer or any features relating to this offer including the eligibility criteria, dates of offer, etc, at any time without prior notice to any Cardholder.
• Rescheduling of tickets booked using the Codes is not permitted.
• Bank and Jet Airways will maintain secrecy and confidentiality of their respective Intellectual Property Rights.
