Redemption Process:

  • Customer visits Sleepwell listed outlet.
  • Customer will present the Gift Voucher to the dealer to avail the Voucher Value against bill.
  • Open warranty registration. Fill mattress details and enter the Gyftr voucher no. received from customer and click on SEND.
  • If the voucher(s) are valid, warranty gets registered, and vouchers redeemed with a confirmation message sent to customer and dealer both.

Important Instructions:

  • Gift Vouchers will only be accepted on Sleepwell Exclusive Outlets.
  • Gift Vouchers can be used during Sale or any other running consumer offer.
  • Multiple GV / GC can be used in one bill.
  • GV/GC can only be redeemed on the purchase of Sleepwell Mattress only.

T&C’s:

  • This is a Sleepwell Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on listed Sleepwell Exclusive Outlets only.
  • The person who has the Sleepwell GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
  • Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV / GC for making payments before billing.
  • Only the listed Sleepwell outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV / GC. Sleepwell may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
  • GV/GC can only be applicable on the purchase of range of Sleepwell Mattresses.
  • Multiple GV / GC can be used in one bill.
  • This is a ONE time use GV / GC.
  • No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV / GC will be given.
  • Sleepwell GV / GC cannot be revalidated once expired.
  • Sleepwell GV / GC can be used during sale.
  • Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. The jurisdiction for any dispute will be in the Court of Delhi.
  • Sleepwell makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
  • If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of the technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
