Bill Payments

• Only selected set of customers who have received the communication from bank will be eligible for the campaign
• Customer needs to activate Indus Mobile app linked to the Grande Savings Account.
• Customer needs to do 1 financial transaction using IndusMobile App

A. Disqualification Criteria:

• This offer is not applicable for Affluent, Consumer Finance Division, Non-Resident, Savings Account OAO, Current account Customers
• Cancelled/Failed transactions will not be considered as eligible for the offer

B. How to avail the offer-

UPI criteria:

Your UPI transaction should be any one of the following transactions-

• Send Money to Contacts
• Send Money to Account
• Send Money to UPI ID
• Scan & Pay
• Bill Pay
• Approve Collect Request

Bill Pay Criteria:

Your Bill Pay transaction should be done across any one of the following categories

• Electricity
• Gas
• Water
• LandLine
• Postpaid
• DTH
• Broadband
• Loan
• Book Cylinder
• FastTag

Book an FD or RD Criteria:

Booking of Fixed Deposit (FD) or Recurring Deposit (RD) with the Bank through digital means only (i.e.- through Net Banking or Mobile Banking or FD OAO or WhatsApp Banking) during the Offer Period

C. General Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in the Offer is voluntary.
   
2. Customer can avail this offer only once during the offer period
3. Limited number of Zomato Gold Membership available for distribution under this Offer. The fulfilment will happen on a first-come-first serve basis
4. In case of Joint account only primary account holder will be eligible for the offer
5. The customer shall be responsible for reviewing these Term and Conditions & shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the offer
6. Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benefits of this offer inter alia for events like unusual transaction pattern etc.
7. In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects
8. Customer will receive voucher codes for Zomato Gold Membership within 60 days from end of Offer Period
9. Customer needs to activate Zomato Gold Membership within 30 days of receiving the voucher code on registered email address, voucher code will expire post 30 days and customer will not be able to get the benefit of the Zomato Gold Membership.
10. For availing benefits under Zomato for Gold Membership, customer shall be bound by Terms and Conditions as may be stipulated by Zomato
11. Customers already holding Zomato Gold Membership, the 3 month membership received as reward can be added to their existing membership
12. Customer’s Savings Account must be active and not to be closed at the time of offer processing.
13. The offers are subject to force majeure events or any event or condition outside reasonable control of the Bank.
14. In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
15. The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
16. The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the savings account and shall at all times be read along with such terms and conditions, and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the terms and conditions governing the savings account, then terms and conditions governing the savings account shall prevail.
17. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
