Terms & Conditions for Navratri Voucher Offer on IndusInd Bank Limited Debit Cards

Introduction:

  • IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought Navratri Voucher offer as mentioned below for its customers (“Cardholder(s)”) holding valid and active debit card(s) issued by the Bank (“Debit Card”).

Offer:

  • Every hour first 10 Cardholders, spending Rs.3500/- and above, using Debit Card, will get 500 ShopPlus points redeemable as Shopping Vouchers (‘Offer’).

Offer Period:

  • The Offer is valid from 22nd March, 2023 to 30th March, 2023 from 09:00 AM to 23:59 PM (‘Offer Period’)

Eligibility and Validity:

  • To be eligible for the Offer, Cardholder should:
  1. Be amongst first 10 Cardholders in every hour and;
  2. Have done successful transaction of Rs.3500/- and above using the active Debit Card.
  • For the purpose of this offer, the hours shall start at 09:00 AM and shall end at 11:59 PM every day from 22nd March, 2023 to 30th March,2023
  • The Cardholder shall be resident of India.
  • Offer is available on both offline and online transactions (both Domestic and International) made on the active Debit Card.

Disqualification:

  • Wallet recharges and/or credit card payments are not eligible for this Offer.
  • ATM transactions are not eligible for this Offer.
  • Cardholder who has already received Shop Plus points under this Offer for a particular Debit Card.
  • Any transaction reversal/ refund initiated/made on the Debit Card in either full/partial, will be disqualified.

Offer terms and conditions:

  • Winners will receive 500 Shop Plus points which may be used for purchasing Gift Voucher or Gift Card of the Brands available on IndusInd Shop Plus website www.indusind.com/vouchers
  • Cardholder(s) will be awarded ShopPlus Points under this Offer within 30 days from the end of offer month and communication w.r.t. the same will be sent on mobile number/e-mail ID registered with the bank.
  • Cardholder shall redeem the ShopPlus points rewarded under this Offer within 3 months from the date of accrual.

  • Winner will be identified on first cum first served basis transaction timestamp, subject to fulfilling all offer terms and conditions. In case of multiple qualifying transactions at the same timestamp, the cardholder with higher Account Balance will be considered.
  • The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice
  • Any dispute as regards the quality of the products and services availed are to be taken by Debit cardholder directly with the merchants
  • The Bank shall not be responsible of the quality of goods purchased using the ShopPlus Points and services offered by the Brands.
  • General Terms and Conditions applicable on Debit Cards shall continue to apply.

Steps to redeem the ShopPlus Points :

(Cardholder(s) will get SMS/E-mail to redeem ShopPlus points)

  • Visit the official website using this link: https://www.indusind.com/vouchers
  • Login using your registered mobile number
  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile device
  • Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose voucher you want to purchase. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon
  • On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (voucher/benefit value) and quantity of the voucher
  • Click on the Terms and Conditions link present in the Order Summary section of the page. Read the terms and conditions carefully
  • Tick mark on the ShopPlus button. Pay using ShopPlus Reward points and make pending payment using your IndusInd Debit Card (If required)
  • You will receive your e-voucher card in a few minutes after the successful completion of the payment process.
