• This is a Genesis Luxury Fashion Private Limited Gift Voucher (GV) and would be accepted at listed outlets. For complete list of participating brands & outlets, please visit www.gyftr.com/armanijeans 
• A customer holding E-Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary and Company shall not be liable for any act done or action taken in good faith and in the normal course of business.
• Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the E-Gift Voucher for making payments before billing.
• Only the listed outlets at its sole discretion accept the E-Gift Voucher. The company may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
• More than one E-Gift Voucher can be used towards a single transaction/ billing.
• This E-Gift Voucher is strictly for one time use only. In case of the purchase price exceeding the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the balance amount must be paid in cash or by debit/credit card at the time of billing.
• In case the purchase price is less than the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the balance amount shall not be refunded back in any form. No Credit note / Refund / Loyalty points etc. shall be given for the unused amount.
• In the case where a customer is also a loyalty member of the ‘Genesis Luxe Club ‘ loyalty program, loyalty points shall only be awarded on the net purchase amount paid in cash/debit/credit card. The value of this E-Gift Voucher shall not be applicable for the earning of loyalty points
• In the case where a customer is a loyalty member of the ‘Genesis Luxe Club’ loyalty program, loyalty redemption transactions may not be clubbed with this E-Gift Voucher. 
• The E-Gift Voucher shall not be accepted during end-of-season or any other sale period at any participating stores.
• Instant E-Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
• The Company shall make all efforts to accept all Instant E-Gift Voucher presented by its customers, however on account of technical / administrative reasons, participating stores may refuse to accept the E-Gift Voucher.
• In the case that an instant E-Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would be re-activated within 72 hours.
• Any dispute related to the E-Gift Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.

• The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher number is deemed to be the beneficiary
• Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the voucher before making a purchase Only valid vouchers at the sole discretion of TITAN shall be accepted for redemption
• Multiple Gift vouchers cannot be clubbed for a single purchase

• TITAN make full efforts to accept voucher, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept a voucher
• This voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates TITAN may add or delete any date on its sole discretion
• TITAN or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc on account of an outlet not being able to accept the voucher. The customer would be liable to settle the Invoice
• If a voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue the voucher would be usable only post 72 hours
