• The amount payable for the voucher value purchase can only be paid using a valid IndusInd Bank Credit/Debit Card.
• All voucher are available at a maximum discount of Rs.500/-
• Coupon value will be adjusted against the total bill
• The voucher would be issued as per the name and details provided at the time of confirming the purchase. Any changes will be subject to acceptance by the Restaurant Partner and subsequent verification with IndusInd Bank
• The voucher can only be used at the restaurant it has been purchased against.
• Voucher redemption is only against presentation of the voucher to the specific restaurant. The restaurant reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the voucher and demand identification proof for record purposes.
• The vouchers purchased would be issued and delivered to the specific Email ID provided at the time of purchase. In case of multiple vouchers, individual vouchers will be issued and delivered to the specific Email ID.
• Each voucher will be delivered in a password protected document for security purpose. Password would be a combination of the details provided at the time of purchase.
• Each voucher is for one time use only and cannot be redeemed partially.
• The vouchers are not encashable and can only be redeemed against restaurant bills.
• Refund of any balance amount on the voucher is not permissible.
• IndusInd Bank, The Restaurant Partner and Alliances Galore are not liable on account of any misuse of the voucher. The voucher will be valid only against details provided at the time of purchase.
• Re-Issue of voucher is subject to validation and approval from all concerned parties. In case of a re-issue, it would be done within 15 working days of approval from all concerned parties.
• In case the voucher is being transferred to another individual, kindly ensure the voucher has the authorization of the person from whom it is being transferred. All terms and conditions stated shall apply to the bearer of the voucher and shall be binding in its entirety.
• Please adhere to the dress code and other policies of the restaurant.
• The Restaurant holds the Right of Admission at all times.
• The benefits mentioned above are subject to change/withdrawal without prior notice.
• No two offers can be clubbed together.
• ‘*’ signifies additional service charges/government taxes are applicable.
• Any applicable taxes have to be paid by the card holder.
