BookMyShow American Express Offer

• BookMyShow American Express(“Amex”) offer (“Program”) is open to Selected Credit Cardholders of IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank”/”Bank”), who have a valid and open IndusInd Bank Credit Card and who have received communication regarding the offer (“Eligible Cardholders”)
• For the purpose of the Program, Purchase Transactions would mean Transactions done using the IndusInd Bank Credit Card at a Merchant Outlet (Card Present), Internet Transaction, IVR Transaction, Mail Order / Telephone Order Transaction or through Standing Instructions. Cash Withdrawal and Loan on Phone transactions will not be considered for the purpose of this program
• For the purpose of this promotion, “Program Period” means  the dates specified on the emailer (both dates included)
• For the purpose of this program, cardholders need to spend INR. 1,000 or more in the program period on IndusInd Bank American Express Credit Card to be eligible for the BookMyShow voucher.
• Cardmembers can receive a maximum of one BookMyshow movie voucher, per Card product, post meeting the Offer eligibility criteria, during the Offer Period.
• The BookMyshow voucher codes will be shared with the customers latest by the month end succeeding the program period and will be valid for a period of one month from the date of receiving the voucher. However, the voucher code will be valid for one time usage only.
• The voucher codes shall be communicated on the registered email ID and registered mobile no.’s of the customers. The Bank shall not be responsible for any change of the customer’s mobile no. or email ID in the interim. Customer shall be responsible for timely updation in the bank’s records.  
• Each movie voucher will be worth Rs.600 and will admit max 2 persons. Individual ticket price cannot exceed Rs.300. The voucher would be in the form of a BookMyShow Movie Money Voucher.
• The voucher can be redeemed only on BookMyShow website. The voucher code will be valid ONLY for users coming directly to the BookMyShow Website and not via individual cinema sites.
• Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the BookMyshow voucher codes.
• Only Settled Transactions i.e. Transactions which have been successfully posted into the customer’s card account will be considered for the purpose of this offer.
• Transactions made on all cards in the Cardholder’s card account, Primary or Add-on cards will be eligible for determining qualification under this program
• Purchase Reversal Transactions posted on cardholder’s Card Account during the Program Period will be deducted from the Spends for determining qualification under this program, irrespective of whether the Original Transaction corresponding to this Reversal was done during the Program Period or before the Program Period
• The Bank will not be responsible if a Transaction Authorized by the Bank has not been Settled by the Merchant
• IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for non-receipt or delivery of any SMS/other communication relating to this program due to any reason beyond the control of IndusInd Bank. IndusInd Bank reserves the right to modify/amend any communication/SMS related to the Program at any later date during the program Period.
• Delinquent Credit Card members will not be eligible for the benefits of this offer. "Delinquent Credit Card Account" means an account of a Cardholder which has outstanding which is past due or which, in the sole opinion of the Bank, has unsatisfactory credit standing. Cardholders whose Credit Card accounts are currently delinquent or become delinquent at any time before the fulfillment of the offer, will be ineligible for the benefits of this program
• If the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time during the Program period or before the fulfilment of the offer, all benefits under the Program shall lapse. This includes any relationship terminated either by the Bank or the Cardholder.
• In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and binding in all respects
• The Bank will not be responsible for any issues arising due to technical issues with BookMyShow.
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar or different to this Program or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice
• The terms and conditions of the Program shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card and shall at all times be read along with terms of the Cardholders’ Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Cardholders’ Agreement, then terms of the Cardholders’ Agreement to prevail the present conditions
• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only

Movie Voucher Terms and Condition:

• Movie Voucher can be redeemed ONLY on www.bookmyshow.com and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.
• User can redeem Only one voucher in a transaction. Multiple redemption by a single user would result in bad transaction.
• A Movie Money Voucher eCode can be used to book maximum 2 tickets in a single transaction, wherein the individual ticket price does not exceed Rs.300. The Convenience Fee will not be levied while redeeming the voucher. In case of any balance amount post voucher usage, it would not be refunded
• The voucher can be redeemed on the purchase of tickets for Movies ONLY.
• Voucher valid only for BookMyShow’s partner Cinemas in India.
• It can be used Only once within the validity period.
• If lost/misused, the voucher cannot be replaced. Cannot be revalued. Void if resold, Cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash & cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
• The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer on BookMyShow.
• In addition to these BookMyShow Movie Money Voucher(s) Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Vouchers and their use on our website are also subject to BookMyShow's general Terms of Use & BookMyShow’s decision will be final in case of any dispute.

Steps to use the voucher:

• You just need to follow the usual booking process on www.bookmyshow.com, as described below:
• Log on to www.bookmyshow.com
• Select Location, Movie, Cinema, Show Date, Time and Seats of your preference
• On the payment page, tick the check box "Avail Discounts & Offers" and from the drop-down list, select the "Movie Money" option
• Enter the Movie Money Voucher code given in the blue box above and click on "Apply Offer". A Movie Money Voucher Code can be redeemed only once in a single transaction.
