Terms & Conditions: Yatra Gift Voucher

• Yatra E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• These E-Gift Vouchers are valid for booking of Flights (domestic/international), Hotels (domestic), Buses (domestic), and Holidays (domestic/International) only at Yatra.com.
• E-Gift Vouchers are valid for ONE-time transaction only.
• Flights (domestic/international), Buses (domestic) can be redeemed online only individually.
• Hotels (domestic), Holidays (domestic/international) can be redeemed offline only.
• Cumulative redemption (i.e. 2 or more vouchers can be clubbed together to make a booking) will be applicable only on the booking of Hotels (domestic) & Holidays (domestic/ international) through offline mode of redemption only by calling promo desk at 0124-4883876/0124-4883877 between 10am – 7pm (all seven days).
• The user has to apply/quote the unique E-Gift Voucher code at the time of booking to avail the benefits.
• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking. (Only if the total cost exceeds the value of the EGV).
• If an E-Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
• This E-Gift Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cashback/promotion run by Yatra.com. 
• No additional Discount/reduction in the price will be entertained other than the offer mentioned on the E-Gift Voucher.
• If a purchase is equal to the value of the E-Gift Voucher, then the customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction via IndusInd Credit Card.
• If a purchase is less than the value of the E-Gift Voucher, then the customer can avail the discount maximum up to the value of the purchase only. The balance E-Gift Voucher amount will be forfeited and the customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction via IndusInd Bank Credit Card.
• If a purchase is more than the value of the E-Gift Voucher, then the balance amount can be paid via IndusInd Bank Credit Card.
• In case of Hotel booking, the purchase amount should be equal to or greater than the value of the E-Gift Voucher.
• Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
• Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using E-Gift Voucher during booking.
• No change or cash can be taken in exchange for this E-Gift Voucher.
•  In case of cancellations, E-Gift Voucher amount will not be refunded back to the customer.
• All the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Voucher as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned in the website www.yatra.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.

• E-Gift Voucher (EGV) can be redeemed only at www.yatra.com.
• E-Gift Voucher (EGV) is valid for booking of
  • Flights (Domestic/International)
  • Hotels (Domestic)
  • Buses (Domestic)
  • Holidays (Domestic/International)
• For redeeming Flights/Hotels/Buses online at www.yatra.com, please follow the following steps:
• Please select your Flight/Hotel/Bus and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
• On payments page, select "Gift Voucher" as your Payment Mode.
• Enter your unique EGV No.
• Click on "Redeem Gift Card" and pay the Balance amount using IndusInd Bank Card.
• Holidays (domestic/international) can be redeemed offline only by calling 0124-4883876/0124-4883877 between 10AM to 7PM (all seven days).

• EGV is valid for ONE time transaction only.
• EGVs are cumulative, i.e. Multiple EGV’s (up to 5) can be combined and used in single transaction. However, redemption of multiple EGVs can be done offline only by calling 0124-4883876/0124-4883877 between 10AM to 7PM (all seven days).
• If a purchase is less than the value of the EGV, then customer can avail the discount maximum up to the value of the purchase only. Balance EGV amount will be forfeited and customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction via IndusInd Bank Card.
• If a purchase is equal to the value of the EGV, then customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction via IndusInd Bank Card.
• If a purchase is more than the value of the EGV, then balance amount can be paid via IndusInd Bank Card.

• No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the EGVs.
• Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
• Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking.
• No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV.
• In case of cancellations, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by EGV.
• All the terms and conditions of the EGV as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned on the website www.yatra.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.
• Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
• This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.
