Terms & Conditions: Jet Airways Bookings

• Welcome Gift is subject to the customer complying with the conditions mentioned below.
• The cardholder shall be eligible for the Welcome Gift on payment of the Joining fees or settlement of payment against joining fees.
• The card holder will be sent an SMS from IndusInd Bank once he is eligible for a welcome gift within ten (10) working days of payment of fees of the (“Card”) or settlement of payment against joining fees.
• The card holder will then need to request for dispatch of the welcome gift within 30 days of receiving the SMS by contacting the Bank’s helpline number at 1860 0267 7777 or write to priority.care@indusind.com. Please note, welcome gift dispatch request received after the stipulated time period of 30 days will not be considered.
• On receipt of request from the cardholder, Jet Airways Promo Codes will be sent to his registered mobile number and email address within fifteen (15) working days.
• Such Eligible Cardholder/s would need to use this Code on Jet Airways (India) Limited ("Jet Airways") website www.jetairways.com to book a one-way ticket for Domestic on economy segment ("Ticket"). Each Code is valid for one-time booking only.
• Eligible Cardholders shall be sent the requisite number of Codes as per the fee plan selected by them on their registered mobile number and email address. It shall be the responsibility of the Cardholder/s to ensure that the mobile number and email address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the Eligible Cardholder. IndusInd Bank Limited ("Bank") shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the mobile phone or number which results in inability of the eligible Cardholder to use / view the Code.
• Economy Class Tickets shall belong to select classes (Booking class: V) on Jet Airways. Tickets are available on first come first serve basis and are subject to availability.
• (V) Class Inventory is not available on certain sectors. These sectors are subject to change at the discretion of Jet Airways.
• Each Code is valid for booking and travel for (six) 6 months from the date of issue on a domestic sector serviced by non-stop direct flights of Jet Airways.
• The Promotion Codes cannot be extended, if the customer fails to utilize these Codes (booking and travel included) within 6 months from date of issue.
• Please note that in case the Promotion Codes are not redeemed by the customer/ any other issue due to which the customers claims non usage, no joining fees refund will be given to the customer by IndusInd Bank.
• Only the Base Fare and Airline Fuel Charge of the ticket will be paid by IndusInd Bank. All other charges (taxes/surcharges etc.) are to be paid by me using my IndusInd Bank credit card at the time of booking.
• Bookings to be made at least (seven) 7 days prior to the desired date of travel.
• Corporate benefits of Jet Privilege benefits shall not accrue on such Tickets.
• Promo codes once used for booking will be considered utilized and no fresh codes will be issued in lieu of a Promo code if the booking is cancelled by me.
• Rescheduling of tickets booked using the Codes is not permitted.
• The base fare of the Tickets would be non-refundable. In case of cancellations, taxes shall be refunded to the Eligible Cardholders and Jet Airways shall be solely responsible for all such tax refunds to the Eligible Cardholders.
• This promotion may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, vouchers, awards, promotions, special offers including but not limited to upgrades from Jet Airways. The promotion is not valid on government fares, tour / travel packages, group / convention / company meeting fares, bereavement, other companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts or any other unpublished discounts.
• Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Jet Airways and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods / services of for any loss or damage that may be suffered, to a Cardholder directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the products / services provided by Jet Airways.
• All standard terms and conditions of Jet Airways with respect to bookings, cancellation and air travel including but not limited to baggage charges etc., will apply to these tickets also.
• Bank's responsibility in the present offer is limited to communicating the Code to the Eligible Cardholders on their listed mobile numbers and email address. The Cardholder hereby agrees that Jet Airways is solely responsible for the acts and omission relating to the Tickets including but not limited to, availability of Tickets in accordance with the preferences of the Cardholders, offering free base fare on "V" class Tickets being booked by Eligible Cardholders quality of service in respect of Tickets and air travel, etc.
• Any dispute / complaint regarding the present Offer must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing within (ten) 10 Business days from the date of the event to Jet Airways directly and Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard including any claims with respect to eligibility under the present Offer as more particularly defined hereinabove.
• Bank reserves the right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer or any features relating to this offer including the eligibility criteria, dates of offer, etc, at any time without prior notice to any Cardholder.
• Rescheduling of tickets booked using the Codes is not permitted.
• Bank and Jet Airways will maintain secrecy and confidentiality of their respective Intellectual Property Rights.

• Welcome Gift is subject to the customer complying with the conditions mentioned below.
• The cardholder shall be eligible for the Welcome Gift on payment of the Joining fees or settlement of payment against joining fees.
• The cardholder will be sent a SMS from IndusInd Bank once he is eligible for the welcome gift within 10 working days of fee payment.

• Only the value of the Gift Voucher will be borne by IndusInd Bank. Any value exceeding the value of the Gift Voucher is to be paid by me using my IndusInd Bank credit card directly to the Retailer at the time of purchase.
• I shall be solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the Gift Vouchers. IndusInd Bank and Genesis Luxury will not be responsible for any refund of the joining fee or replacement of the lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers.
• Each Gift Voucher shall be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The validity of the Gift Voucher cannot be extended.
• These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and refunds.
• Eligible cardholder will be issued Gift Vouchers in denomination of Rs. 5000/- which can be redeemed for select products at exclusive Retailer’s stores. These vouchers are not redeemable on Limited Edition, End of Season Sale and other select products.
• Such Cardholders would need to use this Gift Voucher at Retailer’s exclusive stores mentioned below.

• It shall be the responsibility of the Cardholder to ensure that the mailing address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the eligible Cardholder. IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the address which results in inability of the eligible Cardholder to use / view the Gift voucher.
• The products are subject to change at the discretion of Retailer. Please refer to Retailer for the updated list of products. 
• Products once purchased using any of these vouchers cannot be returned.
• Each Gift Voucher is valid for booking for 6 months from the date of issue. The validity of the Gift Voucher cannot be extended.
• Cardholder can opt for a higher value product at the store but IndusInd Bank shall pay only the value of the voucher and the eligible Cardholder shall be liable to pay any differential charge directly to Retailer at the time of purchase by using their IndusInd Bank credit card.
• Difference in the value of the voucher and actual price of the product shall not be refunded.
• Partial amount of one gift voucher cannot be en-cashed between two stores.
• This offer may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, vouchers, awards, promotions, special offers from Retailer.
• IndusInd Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Retailer and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods / services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Cardholder directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the products / services provided by Retailer.
• No guarantee or liabilities regarding the good for shrinkage/color fastness/fancy prints and embellishments will be offered.
• All standard terms and conditions of Retailer with respect to products and services will apply to these Gift Vouchers also.
• IndusInd Bank’s responsibility in the present offer is limited to sending the Gift Voucher to the eligible Cardholders on their registered mailing address. The Cardholder hereby agrees that Retailer is solely responsible for the acts and omission relating to the Gift Vouchers including but not limited to, availability of products in accordance with the preferences of the Cardholders. He also agrees that the liability of Genesis Luxury in case of any dispute is limited to the value of goods only.
• Any dispute / complaint regarding the Retailer’s products must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing to Retailer directly and IndusInd Bank Limited shall not entertain any communication in this regard including any claims with respect to eligibility under the present offer.
• IndusInd Bank Limited reserves the right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer or any features relating to this offer including the eligibility criteria, dates of offer, etc. at any time without prior notice to any Cardholder.
• Refund Policy: No refund or extension will be provided for the unused vouchers to the card holder

Terms & Conditions: Oberoi gift voucher

• Welcome Gift is subject to the customer complying with the conditions mentioned below.
• The cardholder shall be eligible for the Welcome Gift on payment of the Joining fees or settlement of payment against joining fees.
• The cardholder will be sent a SMS from IndusInd Bank once he is eligible for the welcome gift within 10 working days of fee payment.
• The card holder will then need to request for dispatch of the welcome gift within 30 days of receiving the SMS by contacting the Bank’s helpline number at 1860 0267 7777 or write to priority.care@indusind.com. Please note, welcome gift dispatch request received after the stipulated time period of 30 days will not be considered.

• Each Gift Voucher shall be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. However, the last stay validity for any Gift Voucher will be 30th April, 2018. Oberoi Hotels will not accept any Gift Voucher for a stay at its hotels. The validity of the Gift Voucher cannot be extended. These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and refunds.
• The vouchers cannot be redeemed during black-out dates (26th January, 2017 – 29th January, 2017, 12th August, 2017 – 15th August, 2017,30th September 2017 – 2nd October, 2017, 23rd December, 2017 - 5th January, 2018)
• A Customer can redeem a maximum of 2 Gift Vouchers only against a single stay reservation
• Each voucher can be redeemed against specified number of room nights as per the category of the hotel as mentioned below.

• These vouchers are valid for double occupancy along with breakfast for two people and are inclusive of taxes.
• Same grid will also be applicable in case the room is on single occupancy.
• Any stay exceeding the mentioned number of days as per above grid has to be paid by me using my IndusInd Bank Credit Card.
• The vouchers have to be used by the cardholder himself and are not transferable.
• It shall be the responsibility of the card holder to ensure that the mailing address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the eligible card holder. IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the address which results in inability of the eligible card holder to use the voucher.
• Card holder shall be solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the vouchers. IndusInd Bank and Oberoi Hotels will not be responsible for any refund of the joining fee or replacement of the lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
• These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and refunds.

• The bookings will be based on the availability of the rooms.
• All vouchers shall carry a unique identification code that shall be provided to Oberoi Hotels by the card holder at the time of reservation.
• The IndusInd customers will be required to call at least one week prior their visit to redeem the vouchers. As an exception on a best effort basis, Oberoi hotels will try to accommodate any customer who calls within the time.
• Stay voucher need to be presented in original at the time of check-in. Without the physical vouchers, stay basis the booking made shall be denied.
• Cancellation policy: Any no show or late cancellation (as per standard hotel policy) will render the voucher as utilised and no refund or re-issuance of a fresh stay voucher shall be offered in exchange.
• Refund policy: No refund or extension will be provided for the unused vouchers to the card holder
• IndusInd Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Oberoi Hotels and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods / services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a card holder directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the products / services provided by Oberoi Hotels.
• All standard terms and conditions of Oberoi Hotels with respect to products and services will apply to these vouchers also.
• IndusInd Bank's responsibility in the present offer is limited to sending the voucher to the eligible card holders on their registered mailing address.
