• The Amazon Gift Card Offer (“Program”) is applicable to select Staff of IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank”/”Bank”), who has received communication regarding the offer (“Eligible Bank Staff”).
• Eligible Bank Staff will receive an Amazon Gift Card (“Gift Card”) worth ₹1,000 (One Thousand Only) upon successfully applying for a Credit Card on https://easycredit.indusind.com portal (“easyCREDIT Portal”/”Portal”)
• For the purpose of the Program, Eligible Bank Staff would also mean applicants who are employed with IndusInd Bank at the time of availing the Credit Card on the Portal.
• The offer is valid for applications successfully submitted on the portal not later than 31st March 2018 23:59 hrs (“Offer Period”).
• The Amazon Gift Card will be sent on the Staff’s registered Email ID on their Credit Card account within 45 days from the last date of the offer period.

• Gift Card under this program will not be sent if at the time of Gift Card dispatch to the registered Email ID –
  • The cardholder has an overdue outstanding on the Credit Card or
  • The Credit Card account has been closed by the Staff or
  • The Staff is no longer employed with IndusInd Bank

Other terms and conditions

• This is an exclusive Offer provided by IndusInd Bank at its sole discretion. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.indusind.com)
• The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
• Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
• The Offer is non-transferable
• The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
• All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
• The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
• In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
• Terms of Cardholder’s Agreement applicable.
