Terms and Conditions EazyDiner e-Gift Voucher

• This Gift Voucher is applicable on prepaid deals only and valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
• All prepaid deals are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
• Prior Reservation is mandatory for the redemption of the Gift Voucher through EazyDiner (not applicable to Quick Service Restaurant chains).
• EazyDiner & IndusInd Bank are not responsible in case of non-availability of reservation at a restaurant. However, an alternate slot at best available date/time shall be made available.
• Gift Voucher can be redeemed online at www.eazydiner.com or on EazyDiner Android & IOS app.
• In case of transaction failures, after the Gift Voucher is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 24 hours.
• This Gift Voucher can be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cashback/promotions running on the App or website.
• This Gift card/voucher cannot be clubbed with Wallet Cash. If for a specific transaction, the customer wants to use Wallet cash, he will not be able to use the Gift Voucher.
• This Gift Voucher is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the Gift Card until the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
• The Gift Voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
• The Gift Voucher validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• EazyDiner is not responsible if the Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
• In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
• The restaurants and the offers are dynamic, hence the offers at restaurants may change without any prior notice.
• EazyDiner or IndusInd shall not be liable if any restaurant temporarily or permanently shuts down its operation.
• Deals might not be applicable on festive days and special occasions and are subject to availability at the restaurant.
