Terms & Conditions: Genesis Luxury Vouchers

• Welcome Gift is subject to the customer complying with the conditions mentioned below.
• The Cardholder shall be eligible for the Welcome Gift on payment of the joining fees or settlement of payment against joining fees.
• The Cardholder will be sent an SMS from IndusInd Bank once he is eligible for the Welcome Gift within ten (10) working days of fee payment.
• The Cardholder will then need to request for dispatch of the Welcome Gift within thirty (30) days of receiving the SMS by contacting the Bank’s helpline number at 1860 0267 7777 or writing to priority.care@indusind.com. Please note, Welcome Gift dispatch request received after the stipulated time period of thirty (30) days will not be considered.
• On receipt of request from the Cardholder, physical voucher will be sent to his registered mailing address within fifteen (15) working days.
• These Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for select products at exclusive Genesis Luxury Retailer stores across following Brands:

Bottega Venetta | Canali | Jimmy Choo | G-Star| Paul Smith | Tumi | Giorgio Armani | Emporio Armani | Michael Korrs | Villeroy & Boch | Hugo Boss | Coach | Armani Exchange | Luxe Bridge

• Prices are listed at MRP (Maximum retail price) and include taxes and levies.
  • Please note that these Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on select products. Products that are excluded are mentioned below*

• Only the value of the Gift Voucher will be borne by IndusInd Bank. Any value exceeding the value of the Gift Voucher is to be paid by the Eligible Cardholders using their IndusInd Bank credit card directly to the Retailer at the time of purchase.
• The Eligible Cardholder shall be solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the Gift Vouchers. IndusInd Bank and Genesis Luxury will not be responsible for any refund of the joining fee or replacement of the lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers.
• Each Gift Voucher shall be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. The validity of the Gift Voucher cannot be extended.
• These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and refunds.
• Eligible Cardholder will be issued Gift Vouchers in denomination of Rs. 5000/- which can be redeemed for select products at exclusive Retailer’s stores. These vouchers are not redeemable on Limited Edition, End of Season Sale and other select products.
• Such Cardholders would need to use this Gift Voucher at Retailer's exclusive stores mentioned below.

• It shall be the responsibility of the Cardholder to ensure that the mailing address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the Eligible Cardholder. IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the address which results in inability of the Eligible Cardholder to use/view the Gift voucher.
• The products are subject to change at the discretion of Retailer. Please refer to Retailer for the updated list of products. 
• Products once purchased using any of these vouchers cannot be returned.
• Each Gift Voucher is valid for booking for six (6) months from the date of issue. The validity of the Gift Voucher cannot be extended.
• Cardholder can opt for a higher value product at the store but IndusInd Bank shall pay only the value of the voucher and the Eligible Cardholder shall be liable to pay any differential charge directly to Retailer at the time of purchase by using their IndusInd Bank credit card.
• Difference in the value of the voucher and actual price of the product shall not be refunded.
• Partial amount of one Gift Voucher cannot be encashed between two stores.
• This offer may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, vouchers, awards, promotions, special offers from Retailer.
• IndusInd Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Retailer and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods/services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Cardholder directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the products/services provided by Retailer.
• No guarantee or liabilities regarding the good for shrinkage/colour fastness/fancy prints and embellishments will be offered.
• All standard terms and conditions of Retailer with respect to products and services will apply to these Gift Vouchers also.
• IndusInd Bank’s responsibility in the present offer is limited to sending the Gift Voucher to the Eligible Cardholders on their registered mailing address. The Cardholder hereby agrees that Retailer is solely responsible for the acts and omission relating to the Gift Vouchers, including but not limited to availability of products in accordance with the preferences of the Cardholders. He also agrees that the liability of Genesis Luxury in case of any dispute is limited to the value of goods only.
• Any dispute/complaint regarding the Retailer’s products must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing to Retailer directly, and IndusInd Bank Limited shall not entertain any communication in this regard including any claims with respect to eligibility under the present offer.
• IndusInd Bank Limited reserves the right to change/modify/withdraw/suspend/cancel this offer or any features relating to this offer including the eligibility criteria, dates of offer, etc. at any time without prior notice to any Cardholder.
• Refund Policy: No refund or extension will be provided for the unused vouchers to the Cardholder.
