Terms and Conditions for Insta Gift Voucher

• The www.gyftr.com/indusind [“Program”] is exclusively owned and managed by Vouchagram India Private Limited [hereinafter referred to as “VG”].
• These terms and conditions are entered to between VG and the Customer and by clicking on the website, it is deemed to be unconditionally accepted by them.
• If you do not agree to all, or any of the terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
• VG reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the rewards, or the rewards conditions, or the computations of points, or the redemption of points, or terms and conditions of the Program anytime. Customer’s continued participation in the Program is subject to him/her accepting any new or modified terms and conditions that VG may come up with.
• VG can suspend or terminate the Program at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever, it deems necessary.
• All disputes if any, arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

• Fraud and abuse relating to redeeming points in the Program will result in the forfeiture of the points. Customers are forewarned that VG has a zero tolerance policy for frauds and abuse.
• VG and/or the Brand may use information supplied by the customer on the redemption of his/her points, for administrative and/or marketing purposes and you expressly agree to the same.
• The Program does not in any way amend Customer’s original agreement with the Bank issuing his Card.
• VG acts in good faith in response to any oral or electronic instruction or enquiry by the Customer, in respect of any matter in relation to this Program. The Member will not be entitled to claim or allege any loss, damage, liability, expense, etc. attributable directly or indirectly, to any such good faith action of VG.
• Customer, by participating in the Program, expressly agrees that VG and/or its associated entities shall not in any event be liable howsoever for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of his/her participation in the Program and they shall have no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise to any MA, person, entity or third party.
• The voucher offers waiver up to the denomination value of the voucher or for the selected amount as mentioned on the voucher. The voucher holder will have to bear all the additional charges like taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the recharge/ payment, if and to the extent applicable.
• The voucher should be utilized before the expiry date mentioned on the voucher.
• The voucher is subject to the product and/or service offered by the Brand.
• The voucher holder cannot claim rebate/cash back on the voucher if he/she has not utilized the promotion code at the beginning of the payment process.
• The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service or cash.
• The decision of VG will be final and binding on all the voucher holders using the voucher and that the same is non- contestable.
• VG reserves the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the voucher at anytime without prior notice or giving any reasons.
• The voucher is an independent promotion and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers from VG.
• This voucher is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/states.
• Use of the voucher is purely optional.
• Any disputes as regards availability, quality, merchantability or suitability of the voucher and/or products/services under the voucher must be addressed by the voucher holder in writing to VG directly.
• All utilization of the vouchers are final with no refund or exchange permitted. VG is not responsible for any purchases made through a voucher. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the site, voucher is consumed and/or money has been charged to your Card or Bank account and service is not being fulfilled, then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer care. Please include in email, your/member log in Email ID and contact number along with details of your query. VG shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your Card or Bank account without delivery of the product/services, then you will be refunded the money or points as may be applicable within twenty [20] working days from the date of receipt of your email.
