• Upon payment of Joining and Annual Fees, Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Odyssey Credit Cardmembers and Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Voyage Credit Cardmembers are entitled to receive a one-way base fare waived free ticket ("Offer").
• Upon payment of Joining and Annual Fees, Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Odyssey Credit Cardmembers and Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Voyage Credit Cardmembers are entitled to receive Bonus JPMiles which will be credited to JetPrivilege account number mentioned on the card.
• In case of the member subscribing to both the Visa and American Express Credit Card variants, the Cardmember will be entitled to only one free ticket benefit.
• The free ticket code entitlement is for Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Odyssey Credit Card primary Cardmembers or Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Voyage Credit Card primary Cardmembers only.
• The free ticket code entitles the primary Cardmember to receive a waiver of the base fare component on one-way economy class revenue ticket for travel on Jet Airways domestic flights within India. The Cardmember will have to bear the charges such as taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the ticket at the time of booking and/or travel.
• Renewal Benefit of bonus JPMiles on renewal of the Card at the end of every anniversary year from date of Card set up shall be credited to the Cardholder’s JetPrivilege account within 30 working days of such renewal after the Cardholder has made a payment for the renewal fees and if the Cardholder’s Account is not Delinquent or cancelled at the time of renewal or at the time of such credit, or at any other time.
• JetPrivilege Platinum members whose Joining Fees is waived off shall receive Joining Benefits (applicable as per the Card variant) on first swipe of the Credit Card and Renewal Benefits (applicable as per the Card variant) each year from 2nd year onwards
• Tickets against free travel should be booked at least 7 days earlier to the travel date.
• Payment of other applicable components viz. surcharges, taxes, levies, fees etc will have to be borne by the Cardmember.
• The payment for the amount must be made using the Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Odyssey/Voyage Credit Card only.
• The free ticket code is valid only for travel in Economy Cabin and on select booking fare classes.
• The free ticket code is voluntarily transferable.
• The free ticket code is valid for 6 months, for booking and travel (outbound and inbound), from the date of issue of the promotion code (both days inclusive).
• The free ticket code will not be extended after the expiry of its validity date.
• Jet Airways will email the Cardmember's unique free ticket code on the email address as recorded in IndusInd Bank credit card account within a period of 30 working days after receipt of the credit card fees.
• Jet Airways or IndusInd Bank Ltd. will not be responsible in case the email address provided is incorrect or if the mail bounces back due to any reason.
• To avail of the base fare waiver, each eligible card member will be communicated given a unique promotion code which will be mentioned in the e-mail communication sent by Jet Airways.
• The free ticket promotion code can be redeemed only through www.jetairways.com, India country site.
• The Cardmember will need to enter the free ticket promotion code in the promotion field on www.jetairways.com
• The free ticket promotion code will be available for one-time use only and will become invalid upon utilization.
• Payment of taxes/surcharges/fees/applicable levies and ticketing must be done instantly at the time of redeeming on www.jetairways.com
• In the event, a Cardmember uses the free ticket promotion code of another Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Credit Cardmember without the original owner's consent then the Cardmember who has utilized such codes will have to pay Jet Airways (India) Limited the amount of discount benefits availed against such codes.
• Seats under this offer are subject to availability. Jet Airways or IndusInd Bank Ltd. does not guarantee the availability of seats under this Offer.
• The free ticket code entitles to a base fare waiver for a one-way segment without any break in the journey.
• Once booked and ticketed under a particular Guest name, the ticket is non – transferable.
• Once booked and ticketed, if the Guest is unable to fly on the date of travel, then he/she can cancel the ticket and get the refund of the amount booked or get it re-issued but as per the terms of ticketing for the fare class in which the ticket was booked.
• If the ticket is cancelled, then the amount of refund will be less of the base fare amount which was waived off.
• Upon cancellation of the original booking, the free ticket code will be deemed utilized and will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Cancellations/Refund/Reissues will be subject to Jet Airways ticketing policies and rules governing cancellation/refund/reissues of fares, fees, taxes, surcharge, levies and will be subject to other applicable additional charges.
• The Cardmember or Guest cannot make new bookings against the cancelled booking and seek to re-utilize the free ticket code.
• In the event a Cardmember has availed of the free ticket promotion code issued to him at the time of enrolment/annual renewal and if the Cardmember wishes to close his/her credit card account with IndusInd then the annual fees will not be refunded to the Cardmember.
• Certain airports in India levy an airport development fee for every domestic travel. Such taxes are charged at the time of booking. Certain airports also levy additional charges at the time of actual travel. In case of cancellation of travel, refund of such taxes will be subject to policies governing refund of such taxes/levies.
• All Cardmembers waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the Offer against Jet Airways (India) Limited
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Limited will be final and binding on all the Cardmembers participating in this offer and that the same is non-contestable.
• Jet Airways (India) Limited and IndusInd Bank Ltd. reserves the rights to change, amend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice or giving any reasons.
• This Offer is an independent offer and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from Jet Airways including the base fare waiver ticket offer available on the Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Credit Card.
• This Offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/states
• This Offer is purely optional for people travelling on Jet Airways.
• The carriage is subject to Jet Airways regulations relating to the conditions of contract respectively and all other terms and conditions regarding Jet Airways policies and procedures.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
• Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Cardmember to IndusInd Bank Ltd. from the usage of the IndusInd Bank Credit Card by the Cardmember under this offer and/or otherwise will be governed by IndusInd terms and conditions and the Cardmember terms and conditions.
• IndusInd does not hold any warrant or make any representation of the availability, delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of offer and/or products/services under this offer and that Jet Airways shall be solely liable for the same.
• Any disputes regarding the availability, delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of this offer and/or products/services must be addressed by the Cardmember in writing to Jet Airways directly and that IndusInd will not entertain any communication in this regard.
• IndusInd Bank Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or for any personal injury that may be suffered to the Cardmember directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this Offer.
