Campaign Validity Period:
The Offer will be valid from 15^th December 2018 to 31^st Jan 2019 inclusive of both dates.

Campaign:
The campaign is organised collectively by Jet Privilege Private Limited (“JPPL”) and IndusInd Bank under the loyalty programme called “Jet Privilege Programme”.

Eligible Participants:
All Jet Privilege Members holding Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Voyage Visa Credit Card and Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Odyssey Visa Credit Card are eligible for this Campaign.

Offer is valid only on international transactions (i.e. spends outside India in currency other than INR) done using Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Voyage Visa Credit Card and Jet Airways IndusInd Bank Odyssey Visa Credit Card

Offer Terms:

• During the Campaign Validity Period, the Jet Privilege Members will earn double of the usual number of the JPMiles that they earn under the Jet Privilege Programme on their international spends (“Bonus JPMiles”). 
• Bonus JPMiles will be credited within 40 days of transaction done into the Jet Privilege Members Account by JPPL.
• Calculation of Bonus JPMiles will be done based on the exchange rate (i.e. foreign currency to INR) at the time of the transaction by IndusInd Bank. Any dispute on the exchange rate/calculation of JPMiles must be addressed to IndusInd Bank by the participants. JPPL will have

JetPrivilege General Terms & Conditions:

• The Bonus JPMiles are not transferable to another individual. The Bonus JPMiles cannot be exchanged with the cash or cash equivalents.
• The participants should be a resident and citizen of India.
• In case of any disputes on the decision of the gratification, the decision of JPPL will be final and binding and such decision shall be non-contestable for any reason whatsoever.
• Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights to change, amend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice of giving any reasons.
• All other terms and conditions pertaining to the Jet Privilege Programme will apply.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
