Terms & Conditions: Oberoi Gift Voucher

  • Each Gift Voucher shall be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
  • The vouchers cannot be redeemed during black-out dates

    • 06th – 09th April 2024 – Id ul Fitr
    • 15th – 19th Aug 2024 – Independence day/Raksha Bandhan
    • 23rd – 26th Aug 2024 - Janmastami
    • 11th – 13th Oct 2024 - Dussehra
    • 01st – 03rd Nov 2024 - Diwali
    • 21st Dec 2024 – 03rd Jan 2025 – CNY
    • Republic Day – no blackout.
    • 14th – 16th March 2025 – Holi
    • 29th March – 1st April 2025 – Id ul Fitr
    • 18th – 20th April 2025 - Good Friday/Easter
  • A Customer can redeem a maximum of two (2) Gift Vouchers only against a single stay reservation
  • Each voucher can be redeemed against specified number of room nights as per the category of the hotel as mentioned below.
  • The room tariffs may vary from time to time depending on the hotel pricing policy and other factors. Please note, you will not be eligible for a discount refund, nor will you have to pay a premium, irrespective of the applicable tariff, as the voucher value will be adjusted in full against the specified number of room nights.

    • These vouchers are valid for double occupancy along with breakfast for two (2) people and are inclusive of taxes.
    • Same grid will also be applicable in case the room is on single occupancy.
    • Any stay exceeding the mentioned number of days as per above grid has to be paid by the Eligible Cardholders using their IndusInd Bank Credit Card.
    • The vouchers have to be used by the Cardholder himself and are not transferable.
    • It shall be the responsibility of the Cardholder to ensure that the mailing address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the eligible Cardholder. IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the address which results in inability of the eligible Cardholder to use the voucher.
    • Card holder shall be solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the vouchers. IndusInd Bank and Oberoi Hotels will not be responsible for any refund of the joining fee or replacement of the lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
    • These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and refunds.
    • The customer will have to send an email to the Oberoi Central Reservations (Email: reservations@oberoigroup.com) to book their room nights
    • The bookings will be subject to availability of the rooms under IndusInd Bank offer. Please check the availability with Oberoi Reservations Helpdesk prior to booking.
    • All vouchers shall carry a unique identification code that shall be provided to Oberoi Hotels by the Cardholder at the time of reservation.
    • IndusInd Bank customers will be required to send the email at least one (1) week prior to their visit to redeem the vouchers. As an exception on a best-effort basis, Oberoi hotels will try to accommodate any customer who requests within the time.
    • Original stay vouchers need to be presented at the time of check-in. Without the physical/ e-vouchers, stay on the basis of the booking made shall be denied.
    • Cancellation policy: Any no-show or late cancellation (as per standard hotel policy) will render the voucher as utilized and no refund or re-issuance of a fresh stay voucher shall be offered in exchange.
    • Refund policy: No refund or extension will be provided for the unused vouchers to the Cardholder.
    • IndusInd Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Oberoi Hotels and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods/services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Cardholder directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the products/services provided by Oberoi Hotels.
    • All standard terms and conditions of Oberoi Hotels with respect to products and services will apply to these vouchers also.
    • IndusInd Bank's responsibility in the present offer is limited to sending the voucher to the Eligible Cardholders on their registered mailing address/contact details. The Cardholder hereby agrees that Oberoi Hotels is solely responsible for the acts and omission relating to the vouchers including but not limited to, availability of products in accordance with the preferences of the Cardholders.
    • Any dispute/complaint regarding the Oberoi Hotels services must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing to Oberoi Hotels directly, and IndusInd Bank Limited shall not entertain any communication in this regard including any claims with respect to eligibility under the present offer.
    • IndusInd Bank Limited reserves the right to change/modify/withdraw/suspend/cancel this offer or any features relating to this offer including the eligibility criteria, dates of offer, etc., at any time without prior notice to any Cardholder.
