Terms and Conditions: Paytm

• 1+1 offer on movie tickets pertains to 100% Cashback on price of 2nd ticket and maximum Cashback will be restricted to Rs. 500 per Credit Card account during the offer period.
• This offer is valid only for the transactions done through IndusInd bank Credit Card.
• Promocode INDUSIND is applicable only once per user during the offer period.
• The offer is valid on purchase of minimum two movie tickets.
• Offer valid for transactions done between 10th Sept 2016 (00:00 Hrs IST) and 16th Sept2016 (23:59 Hrs IST), both dates included.
• Clubbing of transactions is not allowed during the offer.
• Transactions done through IndusInd Bank Debit Cards, Net Banking, Corporate and Prepaid cards will not be eligible for Cashback.
• Cashback is applicable on promo code only.
• Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer for valid Credit cards.
• In the event sub-orders are cancelled or returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount for calculation of Cashback.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Card members are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• IndusInd Bank & Paytm reserve the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.
• Paytm is not liable for non-payment or delay in payment of Cashback on part of IndusInd Bank.
• All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder’s agreement shall continue to apply.
• The participation is voluntary and deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

• All Cashback amount for Credit Cards will be directly credited to the customer's account by IBL on or before 16 November 2016.

How to avail the offer

• Browse the Paytm app or log on to www.paytm.com/movies . Select the movie of your choice along with the cinema, show timings and seats.
• After choosing your preferred seats, apply Promocode: INDUSIND in the “Have a promocode?” section.
• Proceed to payments page.
• Click on the credit tab and enter your IndusInd credit card details.
• You have successfully availed the 1+1 offer on movie tickets.
• The entire amount will be charged on your card and Cashback will be directly credited to the customer's account by IBL on or before 16 November 2016.
