Terms and Conditions : Quick Redeem Service

• The IndusInd Bank "Quick Redeem Service" is a new feature on the IndusInd Bank Signature Credit Card and IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card.
• The feature is available only for IndusInd Bank Signature Credit Card and IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card i.e. it does not include the Co-Brand, Platinum Select, Gold and Classic Credit Cards.
• Customers will receive an SMS for eligible transactions. Eligibility of transactions will be determined at the sole discretion of the Bank and may differ from time to time.
• Customer can only request quick redemption of reward points for the transaction only where he gets an SMS informing him of the reward points accrued.
• Redemption will be processed only if the customer replies with the correct reward points as mentioned in the SMS.
• For any additional redemption, customer needs to get in touch with our contact centre.
• Customer cannot request for higher/lower redemption of reward points on the basis of available reward points in his card account.
• Only requests made through registered mobile number will be processed.
• Reward points can only be redeemed against Cash Credit through this feature.
• This is not a cash back offer.
• The reward point redeemed and reward point balance will reflect on monthly statement.
• Cash credit will reflect within three (3) working days of receipt of request for redemption subject to availability of points.
• If the first card of the customer is a Gold/Co-brand/Platinum Select Card, then redemption will be processed on second card, i.e. Signature Card or Platinum Card as Gold/Co-brand/Platinum Select will not receive the SMS.
• In case of multiple transactions (on the same day), the response for redemption should be sent against each transaction. The redemption will not be processed if consolidated response for all transactions (on the same day) is sent.
• In case of multiple transactions (of same value), the redemption would be processed for the oldest transaction if only one response is received.
