Terms & Conditions - Make Your First Transaction

• ‘Make your first transaction special (“Promotion”) is open to Select Credit Cardholders of IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank”/”Bank”), who have a valid and open IndusInd Bank Credit Card (“Cardholders”) and have not used their Credit Card for any purchase transaction
• For the purpose of the Promotion, Purchase Transactions would mean Transactions done using the IndusInd Bank Credit Card at a Merchant Outlet (Card Present), Internet Transaction, IVR Transaction, Mail Order / Telephone Order Transaction or through Standing Instructions. Cash Withdrawal and Loan on Phone transactions will not be considered for the purpose of this promotion
• For the purpose of this promotion, ‘Use before date’ would mean the Last date for transaction mentioned in the present communication sent to the cardholder
• Under this Promotion, eligible cardholder will be rewarded with 500 bonus reward points if the purchase transaction is done before the ‘Use before date’
• The bonus reward points will be in addition to the regular reward points earned by the cardholder on the purchase transaction as per the product feature
• The maximum reward points credited under this promotion will be 500 reward points irrespective of whether the customer has done one or more transactions before the ‘Use before date’
• Only Settled Transactions i.e. Transactions which have been successfully posted into the customer’s card account on or before ‘Use before date’ will be considered for the purpose of this Promotion
• Purchase Transaction made on all cards in the Cardholder’s card account, Primary or Add-on cards will be eligible for reward under this promotion
• Reward Points will be credited to the cardholder within 60-days after the Use before date
• Reward points under this promotion will not be credited if the cardholder has an overdue outstanding at the time of crediting of Reward Points to the cardholders card account
• IndusInd Bank reserves the rights to amend or change the terms and conditions or nature of the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion partially or completely at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in the Promotion is purely on a voluntary basis and this Promotion shall be in addition to and not in substitution/abrogation of any other features and benefits of the Card
