• Customer must necessarily do one Purchase Transaction     within 30 Days from the date the card is issued.
• Vouchers would be sent to customer’s registered mobile number with 30 Days from the date of 1st Purchase transaction.
• IndusInd Bank does not take the responsibility of the quality of goods purchased using the vouchers.

What is XtraSmiles PROGRAM?
Premium Debit Cardholder will be enrolled in one year subscription of XtraSmiles program where points will be loaded on portal for redemption of points having one year validity.

How to redeem XtraSmiles Points?
Eligible client will get SMS to redeem XtraSmiles points. Follow below steps:

• Visit the official website using this link:  https://www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus/
• Login using your registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP received on your mobile device.
• Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose gift voucher you want to redeem. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon.
• On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (voucher value) and quantity of the voucher.
• Click on the Terms and Conditions link present in the Order Summary section of the page. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
• Tick mark on the XtraSmiles  button and make pending payment using your IndusInd Debit Card. (If required)
• You will receive your gift voucher/gift card in a few minutes after the successful completion of the payment process.

How to redeem Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards on the store?
The process to redeem your e-voucher on the store is extremely simple:

• Locate the eligible store near you by clicking the “Store Locator” button.
• On the pop up that opens, enter the city’s name, and click on the SEARCH button.
• Visit the outlet and select the items you want to buy.
• While paying for your order, produce your brand voucher.
• The cashier will deduct the amount of your gift voucher from the bill.
• You just need to make the payment for the remaining amount using one of the applicable payment methods.
• The steps to redeem a voucher are also mentioned on the respective brand’s page.

Can I share my E-Gift Cards redeem through XtraSmiles with someone else?
Yes, you can send your gift voucher to anyone else. The recipient just needs the Brand Gift Voucher code and voucher PIN (if applicable) of the voucher to redeem at a store near them or online.

What is the validity of the gift vouchers available from XtraSmiles Portal?
The validity of the gift vouchers on this website depends on the brand and the voucher value. You will get the details of the validity with the voucher code.

Is there any capping on any brand?
Amazon and flipkart brand vouchers will be capped to 50-70% percentage of your XtraSmiles points value.

Where can I locate the outlet?
Vouchers can be used at all listed outlets. You can find the outlet nearest to you at the outlet locator section of the brand page.

How many times can a voucher be used?
All our vouchers are one-time use vouchers. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the brand page at www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus for detailed information.

Is there a physical voucher?
That is the beauty of instant vouchers. The one thing that no one forgets when they go out is their phones and these instant vouchers are always handy with you in your SMSs. hence there is no need to carry any additional physical gift card, no physical voucher is issued.

I want to return/cancel a voucher I redeemed / purchased.
Unfortunately, these are non-returnable vouchers.
