Additional T&C for XtraSmiles Points Delivery
  • Customer must necessarily do one Purchase Transaction on their Premium Debit Card within 30 Days from the date the card is issued.
  • XtraSmiles Points would be sent to customer’s registered mobile number with 30 Days from the date of 1st Purchase transaction.
  • IndusInd Bank does not take the responsibility of the quality of goods purchased using the XtraSmiles Points.

What is XtraSmiles PROGRAM?
Premium Debit Cardholder will be enrolled in one year subscription of XtraSmiles program where points will be loaded on portal for redemption of points having one year validity.

How to redeem XtraSmiles Points?
Eligible client will get SMS to redeem XtraSmiles points. Follow below steps:

  • Visit the official website using this link:  https://www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus/
  • Login using your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile device.
  • Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose gift card you want to redeem. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon.
  • On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (gift card/benefit value) and quantity of the gift card.
  • Click on the Terms and Conditions link present in the Order Summary section of the page. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
  • Tick mark on the XtraSmiles button pay using XtraSmiles Reward points and make pending payment using your IndusInd Debit Card. (If required)
  • You will receive your e-gift card in a few minutes after the successful completion of the payment process.

How Can I use the e-gift card (redeemed through XtraSmiles Points) at the store?
The process to use your e-gift on the store is extremely simple:

  • Locate the eligible store near you by clicking the “Store Locator” button.
  • On the pop up that opens, enter the city’s name, and click on the SEARCH button.
  • Visit the outlet and select the items you want to buy.
  • While paying for your order, produce your brand gift card.
  • The cashier will deduct the amount of your gift card from the bill.
  • You just need to make the payment for the remaining amount using one of the applicable payment methods.
  • The steps to redeem a Gift Card are also mentioned on the respective brand’s page.

Can I share my e-gift card redeem through XtraSmiles with someone else?
Yes, you can send your e-gift card to anyone else. The recipient just needs the Brand Gift card code and PIN (if applicable) of the gift card to redeem at a store near them or online.

What is the validity of the gift cards available from XtraSmiles Portal?
The validity of the gift cards on this website depends on the brand and the gift card value. You will get the details of the validity with the gift card code.

Is there any capping on any brand?
Amazon and flipkart brand gift cards will be capped to 50-70% percentage of your XtraSmiles points value.

Where can I locate the outlet?
Gift Cards can be used at all listed outlets. You can find the outlet nearest to you at the outlet locator section of the brand page.

How many times can a gift card be used?
All our gift cards are one-time use. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the brand page at www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus for detailed information.

Is there a physical gift card that I receive on redeeming my XtraSmiles Points?
That is the beauty of instant gift card. The one thing that no one forgets when they go out is their phones and these instant gift cards are always handy with you in your SMSs. hence there is no need to carry any additional physical gift card, no physical gift card is issued.

I want to return/cancel a gift card I redeemed / purchased.
Unfortunately, these are non-returnable gift cards.
