You can swipe your card at a merchant outlet, or use any of our Direct Banking Channels viz. ATMs, Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, to avail of the benefits under this program. Points on First Use:

First transaction on each of the following channels will earn points as per the following grid:

Points for Usage

Points on use at ATM, POS, Ecommerce, Mobile and Net banking as below:

Points on Persistence

  • Debit Card - For minimum spend of Rs. 500/month for 3 months in a row
  • Internet Banking – For 1 internet banking transaction per month for 3 months in a row
  • Mobile Banking - For 1 transaction per month for 3 months in a row

IndusInd Bank understands your travel needs and brings to you set of unique travel assist program - 'Travel Plus'. With the Travel Plus Program, we offer you a complimentary Priority Pass which gives you access to 700 lounges across the world. You also enjoy special waivers on lounge usage charges outside India subject to a maximum of 8 international lounge visits outside India.

Terms and Conditions: Travel Plus Program

  • Cardholder will be eligible for a Travel Plus Programme at a Joining Fee of INR 5000 along with applicable GST.
  • IndusInd Bank reserves the right to change the benefits offered as part of the Travel Plus Programme without notice.
  • As a part of the Travel Plus Programme, the usage charge of USD 27 is waived off for the cardholder for 8 international lounge visits outside India.
  • • Usage charges of USD 27 for visits to any lounge within India shall not be waived off.
  • Once the complimentary lounge visits are exhausted, a usage charge of USD 27 per person is applicable each time a cardholder visits any lounge within or outside India.
  • This charge will be billed to IndusInd Bank Duo Credit Card.
  • Usage charges of USD 27 for visits of guests of cardholders to any lounge within or outside India shall not be waived off.
  • The Priority Pass Card will be delivered to the Cardholder at the registered mailing address.
  • For any disputes regarding billing of the lounge usage fee, the Cardholder needs to contact Priority Pass directly. The usage charges for lounge access are subject to change as governed by Priority Pass.
  • Above offer will be valid for one year from date of enrolment.

This feature will not be applicable for DUO (Credit) Card with NIL limit.

  • T&C applicable on Duo Debit Card: No fuel surcharge is applicable on your debit card. This is subject to Govt. regulations and may be revised overtime as per Govt. of India directive.
  • T&C applicable on Duo Credit Card
    • Waiver of 1% fuel surcharge is applicable on transactions between INR 400/- to INR 4000/- only the waiver is applicable across all petrol pumps in India.
    • The waiver can be availed only when payment is made through the IndusInd Bank Credit Card.
    • IndusInd Bank reserves the right to impose a cap on the maximum value or number of fuel transactions permitted in a month.
    • Please note that service tax levied on fuel surcharge (if any) will not be waived and will need to be borne by the cardholders.

Travel Insurance Cover Details:

IndusInd Bank has tied up with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited("Insurance Company") as a group manager to provide Card holders with the following insurance cover under the Program:

You don't need to worry about fraudulent usage of your card anymore. 'Total Protect' is a first- of- its- kind program which covers you for a sum up to the credit limit on your Credit Card and is available on add-on cards as well. With us, you can be worry free about fraudulent usage of your card.

'Total Protect' covers you for the following:-

  • Unauthorised Transactions in case of loss/ theft of Card: We provide an insurance cover up to 48 hours prior to you reporting the loss of your Card to IndusInd Bank.

  • Please note that the address given in the DUO application form will be used for all communication, if you are a New to Bank Credit Card and Savings Account Customer.
  • In case you hold an existing Credit Card Account but not a Savings Account, the mailing address as updated in our records will be used for all Credit Card communication and for delivery of your DUO Card.
  • In case you have an existing Savings Account but not a Credit Card Account, the address given in the DUO application form will be used for all Credit Card communication and your DUO Card will be delivered on the referred address. Your Savings Account address will remain unchanged, as per the Bank’s records.
  • Supplementary/Add-on Cards cannot be issued on DUO Cards.
  • For update of any contact details on DUO Credit Card, customer will need to call the 24/7 helpline number. For update of any contact details on DUO Debit Card, customer will need to visit the nearest branch.
  • In case, the customer wants to block his DUO Card, he will need to call the 24/7 helpline number. In case, the customer wants to block his DUO Card through IndusMobile app, both Debit & Credit Cards will need to be blocked separately.
