The financial sector has witnessed some major changes in recent years. Gone are the days when cash was the only means of making transactions. Over the last few years, people have become dependent on payment apps, which facilitate a touchless and cashless process of making transactions. Considering the increase in demand for digital transactions, IndusInd Bank has introduced a one-stop mobile app for merchants, retailers and professionals- Indus Merchant Solutions.

But, when you use Indus Merchant Solutions, you can carry out transactions digitally, on a single platform. In addition, the app comes with a built-in dashboard, which helps in tracking inventory. Merchants can also apply for an exclusive Point of Sale (PoS) machine for card-based payments. Apart from cashless transactions, the app enables merchants and retailers to get small-ticket business loans from IndusInd Bank in a completely digital and paperless manner.

At present, the app has English as the default user interface language. However, the app will be soon available in multiple languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
